We'll be getting a UCS Slave I someday. It will have to be after the system set goes off the shelves though.

10 bucks? After a figure and a display stand for the figure, what else is left to build with? This sounds like MINI models are coming with figures to take advantage of the "Gotta catch em all" figure collectors. For example, they could make MINI models of all the pod racers and include the figures of the drivers. Instant sellout of all models.

Why would TLG care about the aftermarket value of the old set? If anything, that should show them that a CC set is wanted and extra minifig printing makes collectors lose their minds. TLG would be stupid not to make a new Cloud City. Whether they go all out or stay in the $100 range remains to be seen.

I shudder wondering how TLG would build a palace scene that would even somewhat resemble the movie, not to mention enough features to keep kids interested in it.

Did we see enough spots? I think so! And I think itd make a great set shaped like CC, a big top. I went over what I'd want in the design. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=47737&st=0&p=837782&fromsearch=1entry837782 I started to build this, but then decided to wait so I could incorporate the new CC pieces when TLG inevitably let me down with a half-assed set. I feel like its coming this year or next. If they don't build a DS-like set, I'll build my own.

What would one do in a Theed playset? Everything about Theed is big, so any scenes will be shrunk to awful levels to fit things. What would the play features be? Windows to grapple to and guns hidden in the throne? I guess they could put some flick fire missiles in the walls (they're in trees now so it's only inevitable). I feel that Theed is too big and boring for a good playset. If anything, well get a mismanages set like the new Echo Base with everything from Theed thrown together in one room.

I'd like them of course but would consider them bonuses. Just want the figures that would only be made in a CC set...a good one.

I may be in the minority on this one, but if they do Cloud City again I would expect no less that the same design as the Death Star ($400). Besides, only this price range would provide all the figures I'd expect. It annoys me that every time they put "Limited Edition" on something it in turn becomes LESS valuable, because more people see it as a collector's item and preserve it, increasing future mint supply. That said, I wouldn't want it because CW Anakin is hideous.

Once you start giving set numbers and exact prices to items, especially without a "This is my opinion" line, people here will take you seriously. I don't suggest doing it in the future.

I don't think we'll ever get those. Besides them being not kid-friendly, they wouldn't be close to minifig scale at a reasonable price.

I personally would not regret not buying the Naboo Royal Starship. It had arguably the highest ratio of screen time to worst scenes in all of SW in it. -Qui-Gon deciding to try and kill everyone by flying right into the blockade -R2 fixing the shields, and then no other shots hitting the ship -The Queen personally thanking a piece of equipment. -Padme choosing to clean a piece of equipment -Padme and Jar Jar talking to each other -Obi-Wan analyzing midichlorines
