Remember the "big bro" 8110 ? Found this in an internet search about Unimog, tracked down to the original Brickshelf folder and found this: http://www.brickshel...-UNIMOG/001.jpg[/img] Awesome prototype , I hope it is still alive... Regarding the entry, I have made some prototyping on the rear lights; althought not exactly like the real ones , they're better than round ones EDIT: Why BBcode resizing doesn't works?? -

Use a butter knife from the external part of the hub ( put the knife between the two pieces and gently push util it pops out ) -
You should look better at the photo ;) (Note the half bushes)@Jim I would say almost hail to the 3l axle. It would be more convenient in other color (LBG, DBG or black)

Before this contest I was really skeptical about pneumatics, but my opinion is changing. It seems to be a very versatile system with great possibilities. The tubing may be a problem sometimes, but doesn't present any impossible challenge

Now will make the cabin while waiting the order.EDIT: It seems to be imopossible. The cylinder is way too big for this purpose . The inside is very crowded -
Wow, this one looks amazing, I like the bucket . So many tubing

I'm looking forward to your entry I hope to don't dissapoint It is hard to archieve , but with the latest update I got almost 45' , the cylinder that I'm using can consider himself a real hero PROGRESS: I am really struggling with the reliability of this, but I got a two way tilting. The side one works great , but the normal one needs to built some pressure before you can use it Unimog U 400 new bed mechanism by Alaxaf, on Flickr Unimog U 400 new bed mechanism by Alaxaf, on Flickr -

Thanks, I'm sure the problems are yet to come , the crane will be the most complex partPROGRESS: Made the mechanism for the bed tilting, so far first you need to gain some pressure in the system , after that the tilting works nice and fast. LDD The video shows the current build working.
