ah yes the apple trees I knew they'd come up,there is also corn,pumkins, and zucchini there too that's the sort of thing those Red coats do to make where ever they are feel like home.(so in short the trees were planted by invaders).

Many years ago Red coats pillaged the small islands of Brickstonia enslaving the locals and slaughtering many of their warriors. Upon one of his many adventures Captain Blocksworth (all round good guy) befriended the remnants of one of these once proud tribes and swore he'd help them retake their land and avenge their people, plus he has never been one to say no to a bit of biffo with the old Red coats. The very man that lead the Red coat raids, (newly appointed governor of the Brickstonian Islands) still resides on the tip of one of the Islands and a plot to return power to the people is concocted. will update pics when it's finished

cheap n nasty! just look at the piece count ....... missing a good 400 bricks to be a BSB someone else posted this saying most bricks went straight to the bin such was the quality I think they kept the hull and sails and tossed the rest. did you get a look at the face prints? I've seen pics of them and they were laughable. I've seen these on ebay but always from south east Asian regions but looks like they've hit the UK, I would of thought copy right laws would stop these at the boarder. I DONT SUPPORT CLONE BRANDS IT'S LIKE STEALING FROM LEGO!!

wow not only have you created one very detailed ship both inside and out but you managed to keep the playability level right up there with the removable top deck with out compromising your awesome rigging my hat goes off to you sir!!

yes I thought the line "corruption inherent in the system" might help bring that feeling to the moc..... that and the mention of repressed peasents. "Help, help we're being repressed" and to clear things up she weighed less than a duck..... or a very small pebble. "she turned me into a newt!.....I got better".

There's nothing like a good old fashioned witch hunt to keep those peasants from questioning taxes and corruption inherent in the system! This is one of those very occasions but it seems the good lord of the manner got ahead of the mob and is now nothing but a pile of ash ....... maybe she really was a witch! comments welcome but the MOC is already destroyed!

Well done on your fist Moc plenty of action with an eye pleasing castle gate. I too have mostly classic Minifigs but thanks to the CMF they've all had a make over( it really adds character). I'm glad you took my advice and began tinkering as it has paid off! I see a bright future for you full of great MOCs

sorry guys had to claim #3 as I spent New Years Eve on his Island And It's a well known name here in Tazmania (I know that's not how you spell it) So what happens now? I know that the mistery prize is still out there but if "Rick" got #01 is the cave unlocked? or only to "Rick"? Do I keep playing to "open" the skull?

"All entries not living up to the rules on the end date will be disqualified " I'm not trying to police anything! just trying to let people know if they've fallen out side the "rules" not mine the comps. I too think that all these entries are great and it would be a shame if some didn't make the voting thread over a couple of bricks or a overhanging leaf. Hinckley made it pretty clear that a rule is a rule, I'm not an inforcer of these rules just informing you of them. I wont do this again and will leave it up to the individual to read the rules and stick to them........I was trying to be a good sport!!

As only one shot will go into the voting thread I don't see the point of having different clothes/headgear, if the vig contained a wardrobe full of clothes then I suppose it would be alright, but they would have to be part of the "part count". Hinckley is the only one that can answer your question. @ Cutlass Iz: I'm not sure if it's ok to ask, but what's your brick count? Don't take this the wrong way but it looks over 100 pieces to me . I hope I'm wrong as you nailed that first photo.

That balmy night we gathered in the galley for a fish of hot rate stew, and sausages, and boiled cuttlefish. And I overheard two mutineers whispering ‘bout a plot to steal our precious treasure map and make off with the lot. But the Captain caught them in the act and roared, “You’ll walk the plank and live with old King Neptune on that galleon we sank!” We found the Island on the map and camped by a lagoon, and drank and danced till midnight to a merry pirate tune. A training class was organised for all of those aboard, where everyone learnt how to fight with musket, knife and sword. When we were fit to go the Captain said “Look for a grave. From there we’ll find the pathway to the secret treasure cave.” “Aye, Sir,” we said, and shook our heads, so it was a great surprise when, lo and behold. We found the gold. It was immense in size. I knew that would get you there......if I find another I will share the same sort of clue, unless it's #01

All entries are WIPs until closing date..... so I guess the answer is "yes" to your question.

In all fairness I did raise the issue with "healthy" three days before I make a claim to it, but I had told myself if "Mr Grey" edited his post I would remove my steak to it as I have two other codes. That said if someone else had laid claim to it they would be under no obligation to step down as this is a Pirate comp, not known for their honor. so Mr Grey Don't worry I'm a pirate but I'm not greedy. so far I've found: Vessel cartoonist healthy escargot islands spooky so I wasn't trying to steal without having found it myself!
