  2. WIP port look-out and Battery with magazine. Hope you like it so far, I've yet to complete the interior so there are no photos from behind yet. Comments welcome but remember it's a WIP.
  3. Cheers for the comments guys, this was my fist crack at a comic but the first of many ( once my port and flagship mocs finished) I wish I could take credit for both ships but the large one is just a modded BSB thus my need to build a Blue coat flag ship. another sloop is on the horizon and will be up in the form of a comic once complete. I've changed the steering wheel on the "Twin Finn" and will post a pic soon. I would love to take part in the next TOR as a blue coat of coarse what is need by me to participate?
  4. Comments welcome.....
  5. So who can guess what's on board the "Twin Finns" that's right it has a name now!
  6. Captains diary: Day 1. A new sloop appeared in port this morn, Tis loadin up and looks to be heading out tomorrow on the change of tide, We'll follow her out to open water and take the booty...... Captains diary: Day 2 The lads have seen her in full sail headin' out of port early this very morn'. "she's no normal cargo in there cap'n " one of the lads reported "she be sportin' cannons and looks as though they've gotten them selves some protection" . The lads smelt of rum and loose women but I still take note when they speak of such things as loot of the unusual kind. Captain diary: Day 3 We caught sight of her this afternoon on the horizon, a strange vessel indeed , small but very swift. The lads were right this was no ordinary cargo, This ship sailed under the Kings flag yet strikes the jolly Roger. These be privateers hired to do some smuggling for the Gov'ner , best Keep our heads on this one. Captains diary: Day 14 We've been chasing this sloop for too many days the crew is getting restless.... Captains diary: Day 21 After weeks of cat and mouse we've caught her, I dare not fire cannons upon this little vessel in fear of sinking what ever it is on board. So for now we bare our teeth and go GHAAARRRRR a lot.
  7. go for it (double barreled works too) and cheers for the credit
  8. yeah that's the dumbell form the CMF, a good sized cannon for a single Fig to man,( easy to move by himself ).

Great little vig , I really admire those who can build on such a small scale and still give the feel of a complete scene something I still have trouble with ..... less is more.

  12. awesome just pure awesomeness
  13. The third building finally gets an interior .... So obvious it's silly what good is a coppers without a brewer to sell barrels to? RUM!! and lots of it, that'll fill their tums and get them rolly polly .
  14. Nice work Tiger. Today Australians remember and pay respect to ALL fallen soldiers regardless of their origen, There are no winners in war it hurts everyone. to forget the past is to damn the future.....lest we forget
  15. An update on the port but still a WIP and the shape may be reworked again still too square IMO, but I would love to hear yours, sorry about the flash flare.

  18. Looking good, would love to see the cabin in better light/detail, colours are great, do you have a figure head on it?
  19. Thanks for the comments guys. Tasmania was a convict collony and we still have many prisons/buildings from that period (late 1700's) although it was red coats running the show and they knew how to put the pain on trouble makers. at some stage I'd like to brick "Port Arthur".
  20. Here's the deep links Exploded view What's he got to smile about?... maybe cause he's not that guy! Torture equipment "Someone" enjoying a good flogging comments always encouraged and appreciated

  23. cheers for the comments guys, yes I do plan to make more buildings for this MOC. I don't quite understand adding "dark tan light blue on the road"? do you mean studs or 2x2 tiles or some thing else
  24. I let them know they need to re-release classic pirate sets....... echoing though-out the forum by the looks of it
  25. Cheers Thats the idea hope to have at least 6 buildings so far I've only done 3 and the MMV will not be present in the final build. as far as bricks go I'm always trying to increase my collection (BL) but have hit a wall as far as roof tiles windows and doors are concerned so updates will be slow but steady. Cheers for your comments they go a long way ps updates all down that page so keep scrolling!
