Yeah, it's all still just speculation up till this point since we barely know any details. Just discussing all different possibilities until we get some more details in 2018.

I really like the colours used for the head. The design overal looks very good, especially the goggles.

This makes me almost disappointed with the Wayne Manor we will get soon because this MOC looks amazing. In my opinion, the best parts are the outside and the first floor. Can't believe how well Arkham can be transformed into this. Great job on this one.

My number 1 reason to buy him. In 2018 we can finally buy Reverse Flash and make our own Zoom. It's a good time to be a flash fan. Also, I only just realised we get a cheap way to buy not 1 but 2 Alfreds. His bald hairpiece is also very useful.

Omg, this lists sounds amazing (although I'm missing a certain monkey). Yes, we've got every single one of them. I did't even think we would get half of them when the theme started.

Which characters were on it?

To be honest I could see it happen. I rather have regular minifigures, or maybe both alongside each other (although that chance is very small), but if it happens anyway they better give us adorable versions of Dobby and Fluffy .

Wait there's a leaked list? Or are we talking about that strange list that was discussed earlier?

I'm not sure what to think of this list, but it contradicts many of the earlier rumours.

Yeah probably. But I still think the majority will be Harry Potter characters, or at least I hope so.

I think that's probably too much. Last line had 5 batsuits and we know it's probably less now. I thinks it's more reasonable to expect maybe 3 suits.

D2C is only just speculation at the moment. Only the rumors about the CMF series and I believe the regular wave as well (if I'm not mistaken) have been hinted at by trustful sources.

I agree, while I would love to see the future of the wizarding world, I think we're pretty much done there atm. But there is a lot of history in the wizarding world that only has been hinted at so far. Personally I would love to see something about the first wizarding war. But I think I'm going way off topic now.

Actually with new movies in the just starting fantastic beasts series coming out (that's just losely, very, very, losely based on the book with the same name) and a stage play with a new book I don't see a better time than now to revive the theme (well maybe last year, but the HP hype train is still going so they aren't too late, or should I call it the Hogwarts Express? ). What's also very important is that many of the Harry Potter fans that grew up with the franchise are now adults themselves and might have children of their own. They'll probably show the movies to their children, let them read the books etc. So there you have an entirely new generation of fans of the magical world of Harry Potter that (just like the old generation) also wants Harry Potter toys and merchandise. I think The LEGO Group is making a smart move here (if the rumours are true that is).

Tbh, this is almost exactly where I'm hoping for. Just put the sections in a different order, add a tiny boathouse on ground level (so the figures don't have to climb the rocks xD), a tiny greenhouse (last one we got was actually pretty good) and maybe, just maybe make the Marble Staircase tower a little bit wider, than it would be perfect. Can I find more pictures of this moc somewhere online? Because I'm very interested on the inside and how many bricks it used. Yeah we're indeed dreaming too much, but you can always hope :p. However I still think we might see the return of a few bigger pieces (if we get a hogwarts d2c), some of them do a pretty good job on portraying the building, better than they could ever do (on a minifigure scale) with smaller pieces. Speaking of the Silent Mary, (if the rumours are true) looking at the prize we can expect something about twice as big as the silent Mary (block count wise) which would be enough to capture a pretty big section of the hogwarts exterior + a decent interior, which usually doesn't need too many blocks anyway, most of them will be used on the outside like in most other sets. And besides, the silent mary's interior was barely visible on screen, so they really couldn't do too much with that set. Also for your last question, I'm not too sure if it should change. The ones we got so far weren't the most screen accurate pieces, but anything other than that is a little too dark in my opinion. So I think they should keep it the way it is right now. It's not perfect, but at least it will fit next to the older sets. Also the colours might not be screen accurate, but it is Lego's version of it, which is almost as nostalgic to me as the movie versions are.

Actually, from my understanding, most of the time it's the same number but in dollars instead of euros, or even a smaller number (still not too different), so maybe $485,- or $465,-

It appears Thor made a really cool fidget spinner. The moc looks like a fun display piece. Keep up the good work.

That's a very promising price, that must be almost the size of the Death Star. If it turns out to be Hogwarts I hope they'll focus a lot on the width instead of the hight, this way we'll be able to get a lot of different sections and rooms.
