  1. Well done @Kasse ! Pretty cool mod :)
  2. Tractor tires are awesome and looks beautiful, but would be nice to see the Case 620 Quadtrac version. I believe 42069 can be quite useful ;)
  3. I really liked the steering system with pneumatic cylinders! Electro-pneumatic switches are in my wish list :)
  4. 42064 is beautiful ! Waiting for someone transform it into a truly ship: one that floats :D
  5. Pretty cute ! Awesome work in the cabin, really detailed. Steering system looks great :)
  6. Really nice ! I believe you worked very well in the suspension and steering system! Waiting for a demo video ;)
  7. I agree. 42066 A model looks like an F-14 Tomcat with F-35 functionalities
  8. WOOOW! It is massive and awesome ! Can you provide a video, please? I cant wait to see it moving !
  9. We are from technology, Andreas. I am a computer scientist, now MSc student in time series information visualization, at University of São Paulo, Brazil. For me LEGO is a hobby, but is good to see how you programmed mathematics and transformed it into real movements. I'm here, just thinking about the complexities of your source code :) Don't forget to share more of your work!
  10. Really nice, congratulations! The handler looks great :)
  11. Wooow! The abilities of your creation are really impressive. Is pretty nice to see mecanum wheels in action!
  12. Almost the entire world the average price is 180 EUR
  13. Same problem for me, I'm using Google Chrome browser on Linux and Android.
  14. Here in Brazil, an Arocs will cost around R$ 1500, which means 453 EUR in current exchange. I'm talking about the Lego Arocs, not the Mercedes truck. Thanks to a bureocract and corrupted government. Tell me, is this a good bargain?
  15. For sure, Lepin simply stole months of design and product development and put a replica in the market under half of the price, before Lego. It's hard to face.
  16. I agree with the above comments. It looks pretty nice. Suspension and pneumatic crane are great! Congrats :)
  17. When you put 9396 side by side with 42052, you can easily see how TLG has evolved over the years. 42052 is smooth and very well designed and finished. Looks amazing! Great review, by the way.
  18. An incredible work! The cars looks perfect :)
  19. Wow! Your Zetros looks pretty cool ! The cabin design is very similar and the hood was great. Thanks for sharing !! Keep showing us some pictures :)
  20. Pretty nice! If is possible, share some pictures with us :)
  21. @Edwin Korstanje your ships are awesome! Congratulations and thanks for sharing.
  22. Hi everyone! As we know, 42043 has a modular construction. The chassis can be splitted into three main parts and it is really nice, but when you hold the truck, it bends a little bit. For this reason, I decided to reinforce the structure of the chassis. Also, the front steering system is clever, but it was badly executed. The frontal block of chassis and suspension is a mess. My chassis modification makes the construction more clean and structurally rigid. I liked it !! I also projected a lowering. Original suspension is too high and a bit anti-aesthetic. After chassis modification, the lowering was easy. I just changed the four Dark Bluish Gray Technic Liftarm 3 x 5 L-Shape Thick with four Dark Bluish Gray Technic Liftarm 2 x 4 L-Shape Thick and then set the shock absorvers, in front suspension. I also rebuilt the path of the axle that rotate the engine. Rear suspension was not a big issue, too. I do not built the lowering solution yet. But, here are a snapshot and the LDD file, for those who wants to follow my steps. Suspension lowered looks a lot better and more realistic. 42043 Lower Mercedes-Benz Arocs by Evandro Ortigossa, on Flickr Side by side view with lowered and normal Arocs: 42043 Lower x Normal - Front View by Evandro Ortigossa, on Flickr 42043 Lower x Normal - Rear View by Evandro Ortigossa, on Flickr Remember, it is still a WIP, once I do not implemented over the set yet, I just spent a few hours (or days hehehe) projecting on LDD, but I believe that it's promissing. Real pictures, suggestions and more improvements are welcome! Feel free to provide your feedback. As you can see, I slightly mod the cabin and crane, following some tips that you can find here ;) PS. Here is the LDD without suspension lowering, just chassis improvement.
