No, D2Cs aren’t always big sets, but this one is 3306 pieces so it’s quite large.

Love Huntress and Batman! The new mold is nice and while the printed mask is okay on Huntress, that custom using Kate Kane’s mask/hair mold does look really good and doing that would have been awesome.

I wasn’t expecting another Cyborg and didn’t really want one but the new hair/helmet mold is really nice, as is that purple chain. So glad we’re getting a Huntress minifigure! Classic Batman could be interesting and I hope they reuse the Wolverine mask on him, or they could make a new mold. This series is shaping up to be amazing but it’s really weird that half the characters have leaked given that CMFs don’t usually leak.

I think Lego won’t make sets for all the Disney+ shows. I can definitely see them skipping What If because that show encompasses the entire MCU and I think it would be hard to pick just a few episodes to make sets of. For 2021 I’m expecting one Shang-Chi set, one or two Doctor Strange sets, three Spider-Man sets, two Thor sets, and one set each for WandaVision, Loki, and Hawkeye. I wouldn’t expect comic based sets in a year with that much Marvel Studios content.

That new Batman figure is amazing. I love the new cowl and cape mold! I’m guessing it’s from the D2C since no figure was shown on the box of the GWP. I hope it’ll be revealed soon- the Joker Manor was revealed at the end of September for a Black Friday release so I hope the new D2C will be revealed any day now!

That’s a damn good GWP. I had to do a double take because at first I thought that was the leaked D2C. It’s very big to be a GWP but it looks amazing and if the D2C is the Keaton Batwing that would be really awesome. Edit: Just Googled the Keaton Batwing and turns out I was thinking of something completely different. Isn’t the Batwing in the Riddler Heist set based off of that one? I don’t see how that could become a 3300 piece set, honestly. Also, could the D2C be a Keaton Batmobile and the GWP is just a miniature version of the bigger set? They’ve done that with the Mini Cooper and VW Bug...

I’m really hoping the Wonder Woman 1984 set is not 4+. I also hope we get more Lanterns either in this series or hopefully a second one, since I’d really love some other colors. CW and DCEU figures would be awesome but I doubt they’d mix different media together like that and there would also probably be extra costs. Hopefully the other villains in this series are good- I especially want to see Ares, but I’m not sure if that’s likely.

Stargirl is the only one of these four characters I knew about before this leak, but the leaked figures look great! I’m very surprised three figures have leaked months before the CMF releases, though.

I highly doubt that they won’t be tied directly to the films. Every MCU movie since Age of Ultron has gotten at least one set and I don’t see why they would stop making official tie-in sets now. I hope we get two sets for Black Widow but I’m guessing it’ll only be one with Widow, Yelena, and Taskmaster. I’m expecting 2-3 sets for Eternals given the huge cast and the precedent set by Guardians of the Galaxy.

I had the exact same thoughts. Both builds would be great $150 sets on their own, and I think $250 for both is actually a really good price. This is definitely a set that’s better in person.

The body is fake. One of the legs is longer than the other and it matches up perfectly with the printed detail on the knockoff.

I like this set but it feels like something’s missing to me. The train looks like a normal set and doesn’t seem impressive enough for a $330 D2C- it’s like they just added another passenger car to the Winter Village Train. The station looks gorgeous though and that’s the real standout for me. I love the interior and I like that the train is motorized with a complete set of tracks but $330 seems overpriced to me even considering those specialized parts.

I expected it to be motorized or include track or both. 2925 pieces for around $330 isn’t a very good price to part ratio for a large set, especially considering the castle was 4080 pieces for only $20 more. This is awesome though, and I’m really excited to see it!

I really hope we get comic book Scarlet Witch and Vision figures soon.

That torso definitely isn’t from Marvel but there’s nothing to suggest that the head isn’t. It looks like comic book Black Panther and that’s most likely what it is.

I don’t understand why people refuse to believe that we’re getting comic sets other than the mechs. There’s nothing to suggest other Endgame sets. The Hulk one is probably just a one off extra set to fill in a couple of gaps, and since it fills in some pretty big ones I’m happy with that. The head is clearly Black Panther. Sure it looks similar to the Oni from Ninjago, but no other Oni have leaked while comic Marvel heads continue to leak and the head bears a strong resemblance to comic Black Panther. I’d be over the moon if the other two sets are Endgame ones but at this point it looks like all four are comic based.

The Hulkbuster: Ultron Edition is a D2C.

The themes are obviously going to be unequal next year. Marvel has more projects than DC and seems to be getting more normal sets. However, DC is getting another D2C set and a minifigure series, both of which are almost always much higher quality than the regular Super Heroes sets. And on the topic of movie sets for DC, I’d expect sets with comic versions of the BoP characters to loosely tie into the movie (like they did for Suicide Squad), and I’m personally expecting at least 2 if not 3 sets for Wonder Woman 1984 given how popular her first movie was and how popular she is as a character.

I’ve heard that it’s a September release and someone pointed out that September 21 is Batman Day, so it could be released then. Makes sense to me since we’ve been having 1-2 D2C sets per month this summer and August already has 2- the Harley Davidson and the Tree House. September’s 2 sets would then be the Disney Train and the Batvehicle.

Zebra has to be a new theme like BrickHeadz if it’s encompassing Disney, Marvel, and other themes. I’m guessing it’ll be display based sets but there are endless possibilities as to what that could look like. I hope we get some minifigures with this theme though.

I thought Hidden Side used Banana. I think Zebra speculation is useless since the codenames appear to be totally random and not connected to the themes.

The neck is, but the head itself still looks a bit too long for me. A new neck piece that begins as thick as the T. rex neck and tapers to the thickness of the Indoraptor neck could work. I don’t think they’ll make many new molds for a Spinosaurus so I’m just trying to think how one could be made reusing as many molds as possible.

Maybe it’s a different vehicle? Wasn’t Hawkeye’s Quinjet tricycle called a bike in the description? I kind of doubt it would be a side build since the only set named after a side build that I can think of is Hogwarts Whomping Willow.

It’s too far off for the unknown Super Heroes sets to be in production. We only have numbers, not names or even which specific theme they’re in. These leaks have to be for the sets that we know are coming out in a few months.

There’s no way two sets will give us everything we want from Endgame and Lego could sneak Endgame inspired figures into comic sets or future movie sets, or even revisit Endgame at some point. I think the Helicopter Drop set fills in the two biggest gaps (Rescue and Nano Gauntlet). Most of the heroes can appear in the future. We could even get a Ronin figure if they make sets for the Hawkeye show as it’ll revisit his time as Ronin. The only figures that seem impossible to get now are scale Cap and Black Widow in her normal outfit, which is a shame, but Cap would be almost identical to the AoU one they used for years except for some tiny added scale printing. Widow would be great to get but I guess it just won’t happen.
