  1. So the BMW Motorbike looks a lot more detailed and filled with parts than 8420 or 8051 ... that's why my estimated piece count of 650+ parts is plausible. What's for sure is that it will be the biggest Technic bike yet, both in terms of piece count and physical dimensions!
  2. It's listed at brickset.com ... that's usually a very good indication that it's legit. I'm excited for the reveal, hopefully this month. http://brickset.com/sets/year-2017
  3. Assembly Square could mean a huge set with various restaurants and shops ... I'm excited! Also 10255 is the next Creator Expert set number ... latest ist 10254 which is the just released Expert Winter Train. 10253 is Big Ben ...
  4. So on /r/lego there's a leaked presentation showing current modular buildings ... 10255 Assembly Square it reads on top Celebrating Modular Buildings 10th Anniversary The Ultimate Modular Building Complete details will be shared once D2C has officially unveiled the product. This will probably happen in November 2016. Campaign will be created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Modular Building line. Product Code 10255 Age 16+ Market Launch Date 4/1/2017 RRP 2699
  5. I suppose it will be early next year ... why 2019??? We have 2016, next year 2017! Also I wonder how big their backlog of unreleased but approved projects can be ... how many Ideas sets did they release 2016 ... one, two???
  6. I don't think the license will raise the price. I think 650 pieces are possible indeed ... hopefully even more :)
  7. Can anyone estimate the parts count for the BMW motorbike ... I'd say around 650-700 ... is that realistic?
  8. Jamie Berard is now responsible for the Architecture and Creator Expert theme. That's great news!
  9. Jamie Berard is now responsible for the Architecture and Creator Expert theme. That's great news!
  10. The BMW bike is my favorite. Waiting for an image of 42066 :)
  11. The Sydney skyline is definitely my favorite of the three ... followed by London and Chicago is awesome too! Next year I'm hoping for San Francisco!
  12. The Bugatti looks amazing! I wish they'd make a Creator Expert set out of this car
  13. and this has to do what? with stickers vs printed pieces?
  14. Then again there's no stickers used in any modular building!
  15. For that I buy STANDARD Creator sets but not an Expert car for display purposes. Printed parts only increase the value of such sets incredibly! and most importantly no worries about when the stickers will peel off. Also just watched Sariels review ... this along with the Expert cars looks phenomenal!
  16. I wonder why they can do printed pieces only for Ideas sets but not for other themes??? I'm willing to pay more for prints only! Anio thanks for the review ... would you say it's best car to-date?
  17. Ok, makes sense. They should make one huge skyline set with 4000+ pieces in form of a D2C Architecture set. That would be amazing!
  18. Thanks for the descriptions. Are the skyline sets bigger this time?
  19. Hahahaha ... nice!
  20. he would have shared if he had!?
  21. Hm ... those could be stands to display the engine?
  22. wow ... the box looks amazing!
  23. Can we get descriptions from those who have seen it?
  24. Thanks Cwetqo. So what's the difference between forward fuselage and motor cover. Isn't it the same? Assited steering and electric windows ... that confuses me.
