  1. Driving between two lines with one sensor?I think it's something like voodoo magic. If you have only one sensor, then the only option - go along the border of one of the lines. First we need to measure the value of the sensor on the white and black to compute the midpoint, and drive, comparing the sensor value with this value. A value greater than - turn to the left, the value is less - turn right. Look for examples on the Internet. Programs to run on the line is already very much has been written.
  2. English is not my native language, so my speech is not so colorful. But I am ready to confirm every word of all the previous ones. This contest was really fun and interesting. Once again I thank all the participants and spectators.
  3. Thanks to everyone who voted for me. This is my first competition for the EB, and I even could not think that I can take the first place. I am honored to compete with all of you guys, you are very worthy contenders.
  4. Interestingly, if the vote is left open, how long people will continue to vote for?
  5. Jim, please specify: "If you joined Eurobricks after the start of the contest, you can be banned from voting (when vote rigging is suspected)" This means that the "key date" is November 27, 2015 when the contest was announced, or February 1, 2016, when the voting started?
  6. This is not necessary. Use Lego Digital Designer: http://vk.com/doc263...4f78838db5afcba
  7. "Closing date will most likely be somewhere between one and two weeks." So far, so long ... I participated in many competitions, in any vote was no longer than one week. Usually everybody votes in the first three or four days, and then wait patiently until the end of voting time. Jim knows better, but I think it's a waste of time.
  8. It is generally for abuse? IMHO you need to be measured in whole units.
  9. Also, he has a younger brother ) height of only 50 cm
  10. Thank you. From the beginning I did so, for each model of 4 photos and 2 photos of the boundboxes.
  11. I made a clearer picture of the bounding box. I had to re-assemble the model A, to take a photo with the boundbox. Boxes differ by only 1 stud height.
  12. I do not quite understand, and I will be happy to get an explanation. The rules have item "One or more images (max 10)." This means "only 10 images for A and B, including the bounding boxes" or "10 images each model - 10 A, 10 B and 2 additional bounding boxes" ?
  13. Done. Replaced the photo in Entry topic.
  14. I think that I urgently need to re-assemble the model A and take a photo of it inside the bounding box in perspective. Мy model takes 9990 cubic stud, and it looks very suspicious. On the old photo is difficult to see the width of the frame, but I'm willing to give evidence.
  15. 5. Fire Truck / Forklift Model A: Fire Truck Steering with HOG Folding legs Two-piece boom, driven by two (large and small) actuators Boom max height aprox. 50 cm. Boom rotates on turntable Openable doors HxWxL, 18x15x37=9990 About 780 pcs Bounding box: Model B: Forklift Steering with HOG Foldable frame Boom driven by large actuator Foldable fork HxWxL, 17x15x37=9435 About 710 pcs (90% usage) Bounding box: Discussion topic: http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=118886
  16. I rebuilt the platform, so now Model B can be called a "forklift". It cost me 24 extra unused items, so the percentage of use edged down to 90%. This design looks clearly better, thank you for the timely question.
  17. I'm not sure that this construction exists in reality. It's a cross between a fork and a flat platform. Perhaps there is a sense make a lift with the usual fork.
  18. I've finished! I made a lot of unnecessary decorations, but it is possible to achieve 93% utilization. Only 56 of the 780 pieces left. I think this is a good result. Model B fits 15*17*38(=9690) bounding box. Now I have to take photos, video and post a message in the entry topic.
  19. I have seen progress in the construction of model B: I hope have time to finish on time.
  20. Finally, I took courage, and fully disassembled model A. Before that, I made the final photos and video. Now, I quickly build a model B, and everything will be done )
  21. It`s simple: File for LDD here: http://vk.com/doc263192631_437068363?hash=346dd0dfdddcf3d997&dl=7334f78838db5afcba
  22. No suspension, no steering, just pure rapidity.
  23. maybe or not maybe
