This wave is shaping up very nicely with quite a few desirable figures and builds, I'm really looking forward to it! -

Wow, if the minifig list is true, it seems like such a massive waste for half the figures to be Infinity War based considering that's what the last Sanctum we got was based on and there are so many other figures they could have included over those repeats. -

I LOVE the new helmet mold! It's the perfect fusion between the other 2 helmet molds. The set overall looks decent and Whiplash looks great, that price though... what is that!? It's utterly absurd. Definitely going to use some points on that, this looks like $50 set. -
Wow, this might be the best wave of Ninjago sets ever imho! I really like every single set(excluding the 4+, that doesn't count). I especially love Lloyd's Golden Ultra Dragon and the Crystal King! That is by far the best ultra dragon imo and I absolutely love the design of the Crystal King and the fact that it's a Centuar mech. I love the crystal villains, the dragon forms of the ninjas, the oni forms of Lloyd and Garmadon, very cool!

Wow, the Justifier sounds even more enticing than before! Hopefully the minifig selection is true. This is definitely one of my most anticipated sets for the rest of the year. -

I built the Quetzalcoatlus and Pyroraptor sets yesterday, I absolutely love them, especially the Quetzalcoatlus set! The plane is a really nice, refreshing build to me and everything about the way the back sextion opens and closes and how the tool rack nestles perfectly in place is just really satisfying. It's also really nice that all 3 figs can fit in the cockpit even if it's a little cramped. My only real complaint with the plane is that the fuselage needed to be longer but it's not as bad in person as it seemed in pictures. I absolutely love the Quetza, it's massive and looks incredible. They were always my favorite pterosaurs but I never imagined them being featured on a movie or a LEGO set. I just really, really wish there was more articulation for the head and wings so it could be put in a walking stance. At least the wings can pivot forward and backward in addition to flapping so that helps get some neat poses. I'm definitely displaying mine on top of the plane just like in the trailer. It fits perfectly too if you have the wings tilted just the right way, they nestle perfectly behind the propellers. I really like the Pyroraptor set too, very happy to finally have Ian Malcolm in my collection but I definitely need to find a younger version of him too, afterall he's my favorite Jurassic Park/World character. The Pyro looks great, lots of great color, just wish the claws and teeth were painted too bit there's already a lot of paint apps on it. I really dig the off-road vehicle build and it's also nice to get Ellie Satler even if I'll end up geting the Giga set which also has her. -

Has anyone else noticed the Republic Fighter Tank has been removed from S@H? Should we be concerned? That was the primary set I was planning to get on May 4th. Also, I'm really hoping they can get the Clone Minifig pack back in stock but I won't hold my breath on that one. -

The UCS Landspeeder looks excellent for what it is but it's still incredibly boring and uninteresting subject matter. Also, that new special windscreen piece is huuuuge. Overall, neat but definitely not for me. -

Those are the sets I plan on nabbing too and I'll get the others later and save up some more points for the Giga set. -

The yellow syringe is not new, it appeared first in the Doctor Strange Sanctum Workshop and I believe it was also in the most recent Ciry Hospital. Sorry not trying to call you out specifically but I'm just curious why I keep seeing people say "if the theme continues". I did I miss a comment from LEGO about this or are people making assumptions? Dominion isn't the end of the franchise, just this trilogy with many more movies and series planned, not to mention the past films that need better set coverage. The theme seems to do very well and the franchise as a whole is in a very good place so it just confuses me why people keep saying this. To your point about the Spino, having seen the Giga more extensively now, I have to agree that Spino needs a different mold for the spine--- now that doesn't mean LEGO is above reusing a piece that does work the best as we know from other Dinosaur examples but I think this would be too extreme of a difference from what it should look like. -

I like the Shrieking shack set but realisticly it's not going to make it into my budget given all the other sets that are coming this year but I need a Lupin and Werewolf Lupin in my collection so I'll probably bricklink them. -

What an incredible wave of sets! I absolutely love the Hungarian Horntail, the exclusive Harry with printed dual-molded arms looks great, I love the whole display. The only thing that would make it better is if it could be removed from the stand and could have more poseabillity but that's I know that's an unrealistic ask since neither the Hedwig or Fawkes in this style could do that. The Thestral set is such a perfect little $20 set. I love Thestrals and I'm so pleased they continue to be very affordable to get--- and that baby Thestral is awesome! The builds and figures are solid too. And holy cow those other sets, just incredible! -

As others have already pointed out, it is in fact a Clone Commander as that is how LEGO labled it based on the Hasbro's figure that was also called a Clone Commander. Honestly, I wish the 187th was featured in the Clone Wars, as much as I liked Ponds and the 91st Reconnaissance Corp, the 187th look much cooler imho. Maybe someday they'll be canonized since there's nothing that contradicts their existence and Jedi have been known to work with multiple Clone legions, especially considering Mace was High General. -

So I suffered through MandR's obnoxiousness to watch his review of the new Republic Fighter Tank. It looks a lot better in person but it still pales in comparison to the previous 2 and it still looks like a giant cow head from most angles. From the front and looking down at it from a slight angle it looks fine but man, it's rough. Also the interior and several parts of the build are bizarre and could have been done far, far better. The figures make it all worth it though, I mean when was the last time we got a Clone Wars era Jedi that looked this good and came with his Clone Commander and 2 regular Troopers of his legion, not to mention a couple clankers for them wreck!? More of this please LEGO(maybe a shirtless Kit Fisto with some Scuba Clone Troopers?)! really, really love the arm printing on Mace and the purple on the troopers really pops. Such a shame such beautiful designs aren't canon. Maybe someday they'll get justice and become canon in a game or series or comic... -

The spine is too big but if the intent was to make it a more reusable piece so that they can use it for Spinosaurus in the future, I'm okay with it. A lot of the LEGO Dinosaurs suffer inaccuracies for the sake of part reusabillity, so I've pretty much come to accept it at this point. For example, as desperately as I want a grown up Bumpy using the glorious Ankylosaurus molds they came up with, I would frankly be shocked if they bothered to remold the Ankylosaurus head/body piece slightly just so she can have the short horn on the left side. If anything it's the reuse of the Indominus head that bugs me more, though it definitely has a similar look and makes sense. Maybe if they had done something a bit different with the eyes? I don't know, it still looks great overall. -

Oof, the tank looks awful, by FAR the worst version yet by a mile. It looks like the head of a cow resting on pontoons. On the other hand, the figures look incredible! That is by far the best Mace Windu figure, that arm printing is *chef's kiss* and those 187th Clones just look so good with that bright purple. -

I LOVE both of these Lightyear sets!!! The starfighter looks incredible, the UCS-style stand is such a wonderful surprise and the figures look amazing! The Zurg set looks fantastic too!! Yes he is oversized but I love the design and new head mold and the figures in this set look amazing. I also really like the little robot design too. My only complaints with this set are that Zurg doesn't have his iconic blaster like we saw in the trailer and there doesn't appear to be a 2nd set of wings for the female character(not sure what her name is). I also really like the printed (what looks like Coaxium) crystal containers in both sets, that will be such a useful print to have. Overall, I am blown away but these sets and I'm even more hyped for the film now. -

JB Speilwaren has reviews of several of the new sets on YouTube. They look great, I'm really looking forward to this wave of sets, especially the Quetzalcoatlus set. The plane is definitely way too stubby, it should be twice as long and I still wish the Quetzal had folding wings and neck articulation so it can stand properly but I still love the dino and the plane still looks great. I think I'm probably going to end up getting every set in the wave except the T-Rex & Atrociraptor breakout and Triceratops ambush sets(also the juniors sets but that kinda goes without saying). -

The Fighter Tank is definitely a big downgrade from the last one but I was already planning to get this for the figures alone. I can't tell if Mace actually has dual-molded arms or if it's just the lighting playing tricks but if it's the former then he is much more exciting than I expected. The 187th figures look fantastic and It's always nice to get more battle droids. I am a little disappointed the tank doesn't have purple markings but then again, not all Clone units personalized their craft with their legion's colors. -

Yeah I definitely find that incredibly odd considering he's supposed to be the main villain. I fully expected him to be in the biggest set but instead we just got Wu, which is great but we need Dodgson. "Dodgson, Dodgson, we don't have Dodgson here!" -

Yeah, I thought that was a nice touch. Not only do the sets connect via a clip but together they complete a small dino skeleton. It then makes sense why there is a random baby triceratops skull in the $20 set. -

I definitely get your reasoning there but for my own selfish reasons I'm glad they did it the way they did because I love the albino look of Ghost and I'm glad we can it in a cheap set. Since we know there are 2 others in the movie, I imagine we'll eventually get those and hopefully they'll be fairly cheap to obtain for army building purposes. -

R2 also needs a 3rd leg! It's absurd that he has yet to have one in a single set after all these years, especiallywhen it can be done so easily with 1 or 2 pieces. A rotatable head would be great too but would probably require a new body piece to accommodate a 2x2 round jumper plate or something like that. 3PO looks perfect, can't really see any way to realistically improve it without it being completely drumlaquered or chromed which probably wouldn't be very resilient. -

The set looks so good. This might be the first JW wave where I want to get almost all the sets, not just the dinos. I love the 2 new dinos in this one, great selection of characters, and the builds are quite good. The main building is a bit of a facade but at least it has 2 sides and looks good. The price seems a bit high but we do get 2 large dinos with several new molds. -

I don't have a Baryonyx yet either so I'm not sure tbh. Why not both? I'm not asking for a whole wave, just at least one set with grown-up Bumpy and Ben.
