  1. Little astromech droids are getting smaller.
  2. I like simple, unexpensive solutions that don't requiere thousands of unavailable pieces. Most of my MODs are pretty simple as well, and if I ever own that ship your MOD will be the first to be implemented. Good job.
  3. Yes, poor empty backed Lego horses. Thanks! I thought about using that piece too but it is designed for a seated minifigure. There is not enough space to fit the legs of a standing one. Maybe a horse saddle could be used but I don't have any and I'm afraid it will look strange and bulky. Thank you!
  4. Great, it looks much better now. I like the addition of the stud shooters.
  5. Thank you. If you want to know what was my source of inspiration, just check any picture of a Lego horse. I tried to improve the handlebars as well. Given the limited space I'm very satisfied with the result.
  6. I apologize for the bad pictures, poor light and even worse camera. I hope you can see my modifications anyway. Every speeder made by TLG shows the pilot seated instead of riding the vehicle, and I tried to solve that innaccuracy with this little mod. It doesn't need a lot of pieces and I think the overall look is improved. My only gripe is that if you remove Rey there is a gap in the pilot's place. Not a big deal for me as I am planning to keep this model for display only. As I read somebody asking about this, I can confirm BB-8 fits perfectly inside the speeder. This is the first MOD I post so please leave your feedback.
  7. I am in the exact opposite situation: I bricklinked the beachball but I won't get the Speeder until Amazon discount.
  8. I'm on the fence with this set. I like the opening side feature but the price is too high here (26'99€ at Amazon Spain). And all those stickers... I will wait for it to be on clearance. If only they had included BB8... That beach ball is the only thing I really want from this wave. Thanks for the review!
  9. No, you are not the only one. I usually wait for Amazon discounts to keep my spent under control. Last one was 75054 at 106.95 €.
  10. I showed the pictures to my girlfriend and she said «now I know what is going to be your next gift». Many thanks for making this excellent review.
  11. I have heard that problem affects every AT—AT...
  12. I was able to educate my cats to not play with the pieces. Now everytime I play... I mean, practice this adult hobby, they just lay on the table and watch my creations appear. The finalized models are out of their reach so the only damage is the occasional cat hair laying on top them. Those hairs appears everywhere, you know.
  13. I already own the previous MF (highly modded) so the only thing that catch my interest is the beach ball droid. I am collecting the astromech droids so I can see me bricklinking it in the near future when prices became reasonable.
  14. I was born in Spain and when I was a child I spent all the time I could playing with TENTE. I still own some pieces in the form of a big trailer with a car inside (Knight Rider style). I built lots of spaceships too. I can't believe somebody else knows about la TENTEteca. I didn't expect to see that site mentioned here either. Thank you very much for that. The ships are great, by the way. I wish I had all my old TENTE pieces. Oh, the memories.
  15. You may find this link interesting then... https://www.flickr.c...157652011179380
  16. Count another vote for Flesh!
  17. It's very kind of you to share the file with us, thank you very much. The model is impressive and translating it to LDD must had been very hard and time consuming. My poor old laptop can barely open it.
  18. That black van is great, of course it is my favourite too.
  19. I love everything about your build, but I absolutely adore the inclusion of an astromech. I don't care the accuracy, this is a piece of art.
  20. I don't really like Slave II, specially compared with the iconic Slave I, but you have made an outstanding job recreating it. The use of hinges is superb and the interior is great. Can I ask how did you attach the side panels to the technic arms? They seem to occupy a bit of the inner space.
