  1. Brickheadz have been revealed as Iron Man, Thanos, Starlord and Gamora. If Thanos has lots of gold then i'll definitely be getting a few of him. Wonder if he'll have the helmet/armour or not. Thanks, i know you cannot say much, but is he more detailed than Thanos? Anything like Killow from Ninjago? Hope it looks awesome - we really need a standout figure where things were not skimped on. We still have future films where the sets for those could release a Peter Parker figure - so I'm not too fussed about not getting one yet. I just hope the 'pizzeria' aspect of the Sanctum wont take away from the rest of the set.
  2. This could however just be a case of Lego re-using the hair piece.
  3. Thanos's Glove looks a lot better seeing the thumb - guess it was just a bad angle. It does not look good from any other direction than seeing the fist when worn by Thanos pointing forward. Need to see the Infinity Stones in the Glove to determine if the choice of adding two to the thumb/side was a good choice - though glad it does have space for all six Infinity Stones (was worried based off initial images) Hope we see catalogue pictures soon - given the lack of a Cull Obisidian figure being shown i'm starting to expect he is Brick-built. Would be nice getting some confirmation on what to expect from this line
  4. Cull Obsidian better be awesome... most these figures are a mess. Fingers crossed we see Thor in Avengers 4, we may get time for them to give him the eye patch (if he keeps it) We had a comment about a D2C set.
  5. Yep, will be interesting to use them for builds and things, could be very useful.
  6. Search on Instagram for obvious tags Yeah, should hopefully be translucent. They'll probably show up again in other themes in future - can see them working well with Elves or with the city/miners in gold.
  7. The concept is nice - but the execution is where it falls apart. They could've found a way to fit an extra stone on the front - as having a situation where we either have five stones present (four front, one side) or six stones present (four front, two side/sides) is going to look incredibly strange when complete. Alternatively given we did not get that, we could've gotten some printing on the hand, especially considering how decorated the actual gauntlet looks. I just feel so much of the Infinity War line is missed opportunities or an odd allocation of budget - such as us seemingly getting a new mold for Thanos's sword which may not even be in the movie. Either 2 new moulds or we could have gotten a printed version of the Gold Gauntlet used for the Mighty Micro version of Thanos. Probably due to the size of the stones, i guess they are fairly easy to lose - though it could also be filling the Gauntlet as long as you buy two sets. If the Stones are cheap i may end up bricklinking a bunch and creating some kind of mosaic out of them - if possible.
  8. Infinity Gauntlet looks like a complete mess. It needs to hold six stones, it has room for four on the front (rather than five) so that means the other two must be hidden on the sides so it's going to look a bit odd when wielded or displayed. Unless Lego forgot that there were six Infinity Stones considering we only see mentions of five Infinity Stones in the set descriptions; Space (76101), Unknown (76102), Mind (76103), Soul (76104), Time (76108) - unless the Last Battle set includes the sixth stone. The Gauntlet could have also done with more printing - i would have given up Thanos's sword in favor of a better gauntlet - Thanos; The Last Battle has some kind of spaceship which the Guardians Of The Galaxy use - it may not be the Milano though. - The unknown D2C could be the Milano Though at the moment we've no confirmation, so would go with 'no' for the moment. Avengers 4 sets or Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 sets may give us a new Milano regardless so we'll probably see it again.
  9. If Marvel wanted they could easily make an offer to Constantin Films - who are a fairly small film company with a majority of movies performing poorly. Regardless, it's still a while away and Lego does seemingly have a level of license over doing X-Men sets thanks to the Mighty Micro - so it seems more likely that they will get sets before Fantastic Four does. Though admittedly Lego's newer pieces would work especially well with the Fantastic Four
  10. It does in context. He's had detail on his shoulder for many movies, yet we never get arm print. He's had boots and leg detail for many movies, yet we never got leg print. The figure has barely evolved over the years in terms of gaining more printing while the character has clearly had options for additional printing.
  11. Dwarf should be a fully printed new mold big-fig, though i doubt we'll get it. Main thing i buy the sets for a majority of time is the figures, as such my excitement is somewhat lowered. Builds have disappointed me in the past and certain sets like 'Attack Of The Outrider' are similar in nature to army builders where the figures should sell the set. I will say in that respect some of these sets i wouldn't be getting as many as i otherwise would if the figures had more detail. For example, i had an army of the Iron Man Vs Ultron sets and probably have about 90 of the Ultron robots (about 30 of the set) - i may have done something similar with the Outriders if they had gotten more printing. It wont prevent me buying these sets, as i want to have one of each to have the full Infinity War line-up... however it does mean I'm starting to look more at ways of customizing these figures in order to give them the detail they should honestly have and some sets interest me a lot less than they used to. I don't hate it, i'm just disappointed with a lot of it and trying to lower expectations on the figures we are missing.
  12. Make that Twelve figures we've seen - Bruce Banner is identical to the Thor Ragnarok version =/
  13. Admittedly true
  14. Three figures; Captain America, Black Widow, Outriders Three figures; Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Thor Four figures; Corvus Glaive, Vision, Black Panther, Shiri, Three; Proxima Midnight, Falcon, Bruce Banner Four figures; Thanos, Iron Man, Star Lord, Gamora Five figures; Cull Obsidian, Ebony Maw, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Spider-Man We've seen eleven figures out of a listed Twenty Two - so half the listed figures from the descriptions. Granted we may have a surprise figure or two - but it is half of them.
  15. The only thing that might somewhat justify it is if Cull Obsidian/Black Dwarf is a unique mold with tons of printing - otherwise it is strange how most lack leg printing.
  16. The movie version of Corvus has small black eyes while the figure has large yellow/orange/red eyes - so it kind of makes the layout of the face not work as well. Unfortunately I'm not sure what could work for leg print... Even dual molded might look odd here. I don't think your expectations were unreasonable, as mentioned prior we've kind of become adjusted to torso and leg print.
  17. Hopefully Corvus has two facial expressions - especially with the hood, it'd be a shame if he didn't.
  18. Indeed, the main one - Cull Obisidian/Black Dwarf. Really need this figure to look amazing. It's on Mario's instagram, does not look like it.
  19. Corvus Glaive; The Silent Mary comparison seems accurate - the face is creepy and i like it, body print is interesting, could do with leg print though considering it's in a more expensive set than Proxima. Cape looks nice - hopefully has a new mold for the spear. There could be, but certain sets are generally made for the figures (such as the one with Cap, Black Widow and Proxima) I don't really have too much faith in the builds nowadays.
  20. I think you are allowed to say the name of the page - after all we've said 'Mario_power' without issue... but not sure...? (Feel free to correct me if wrong...)
  21. Hair piece is nice i guess - prefer the old one but it's easy to switch them out. The image of Proxima and Ebony kind of emphasizes my point about printing, seeing them next to each other really makes it seem like Proxima is incomplete.
  22. Not sure where you saw this, but i expected kind of the same, but i thought the hair piece he originally had was fine. I'd have rather had a different torso and a better facial print.
  23. Yeah, these ones were actually pretty good. Torso and Leg Printing definitely helps them feel more complete and the surprise HUD for Iron Man is certainly something. As long as Cull Obsidian looks amazing and Corvus Glaive looks 'decent' then I'll be happy with the Black Order (as mentioned prior Proxima Midnight is somewhat fixable)
  24. Ebony Maw looks great - could have had a larger head but the design is great other than the small blue tinge Iron Man also looks great - love the HUD Print feature! Spider-man is a tad underwhelming considering the previous figure had dual molded legs :/ Though its 'ok' i suppose, could have simply added a tiny bit of gold to his previous legs. Cull Obisdian needs to be awesome to justify the set though.
  25. That set does have a lot riding on it - considering prior levels of printing; Doctor Strange - Torso and Leg Print (Better torso print) Iron Man - Torso and Leg Print Spider-Man - Full Printing Ebony Maw and Cull Obisidian i'm not sure what to expect. I'd hope that Cull Obisidian is a fully printed new big fig and that Ebony Maw has printed torso, legs and a new head... fingers crossed we'll see the sets soon.
