You've done a really good job on the build. I love the paint work with the cheese slope stripes in the sides and the light a re a nice touch to finish it off. Can you get a strcher in the back or is it full of the light function?

Not a bad little MOC. I love the Girls expresion, I dont think she is going to loose.

Nice use of the new raptors. You have given this MOC and very Jurassic Park feel to it.

What worries me about the new more detailed prints is that they are driving up the price of sets. Look at the Star Wars line, more and more figs are comming out as a remake or becoming very sofisticated with the new molds and prints. Sure they look great and detailed but I worry that we are going away from the traditional minifig style. The minifig has evolved a lot over the years but I want the Star Wars minifigs to go back more simple cheaper style. Im sure a new moled Tuscan Raider head would look good but the old printed standard round head looks great. With the new Jabbas palace comming in 2012 we could have heeps of aliens with printed standard heads instead of creating 10 new molds for that set alone and pushing the price sky rocketing. Its good that we are getting new prints but I think sometimes they are too detailed for a Lego minifig and look out of place next too classic minifigs.

Yes it's and odd shaped ship but looks good . I'll agree with you Mood on the H.R Giger feel, theirs somthing about it.

Nice creation, not exacly accurite but great build design like the SNOT windscreen/canopy section.

I read that (due to a discount mistake) canadians where picking up the UCS Falcon for as little as $200 from S@H when they finally went on clearance to run the last of the stock out. You would have to be quick to pick any of the big sets up on clearance as they dont hang around for long. Your right about jumping a set when it looks good, Im finding it hard to get the cash for this but I really dont want to miss out on it. Thanks for the Amazon.fr tip .

I bought the 6206 Tie interceptor as my first to build and have fun and let my 4 year old smash it. I got it on clearance in 2007 but I cant remember how much. Then a year later I bought the 7676 Republic gunship and this really took me out of the dark ages.

Hay KielDaMan you posted my old pic and not the new better rebuilt updated pic in the ESP build. Its probly too late to fix now and im sure alot of people missed my updated build. I would have liked to use this one BTW the collaged images are great, nice work!

Very nice studless build. Shame you missed out on entering the ESP Community build as it would have made a great contribution. Altough the scale to the walkers is slightly off you've done a awsome job of creating them at this scale. Now just need a microsclae T-47 .

I tryed a few weeks ago but got a high price and I'm getting confused with VAT. I was just wondering if anyone was still buying them for a fair price. Ive done this befor with other sites and now I get bombarded with permotional emails as I need to entre details into the system to get a quote for the goods and postage. Id really like to get it when Lego finally runs the last of its stock on clearance but how know when this will be and I'm sure everyone will jump on it then. Im just finding it hard to fund this purchase but so I want to get it for the cheapest possable and I dont want to missout on the chance of getting this awsome set. Ive been offered from some lovely guys in the US to send it to them from Lego US and they will ship it to me. This looks like my best offer at the moment. I love the friendy Eurobrick Lego community . Thanks for everones help though.

Every now and then I make the mistake but commenting on really old posts but usually by mistake. Yes Fallenangle is right we need to archive peoples builds so we can appreciate them in years to come BUT the this post was awful. I dont know if the pile of bionicle parts are suposed to represent Grievous cause I had a hard time trying to see waht was happening in the pics. I love to see MOC's from yeasrs ago if they are good, this post by no means need a resurection. The pic that Fallenangle has posted is one of those MOC's that you would have missed unless your been in the community for years and was well done for restricted colours and elements at the time.

Nice origianl idea and great build but I have to agree with Rocketbilly that shortening the arms a little would make it look bulkier and tighter. Being 2 studs shorter in the centre and 1 stud shorter on the outside arms would make it more syectrical when the centre is shortened. Great build anyway .

Can anyone confirm that we can still buy from Amazon and get it under $500. Or it there anywhere else I can purchase it and get it shipped to me cheaply. At the moment Im trying to set up with an American Eurobricker to buy a Death Star for $399 us from Lego S@H and fee shipping to him and get him to send on the set to Australia. I cant find a better and cheaper way to do this. I just need my US friend to hold his end of the bargin up and make sure he ships it to me other wise he gets a free Death Star.

Hay KielDaMan, I asked APCin befor but havent got an reply to my post but are we going to post all contributions for the community build somewhere in one topic. I would like to see all the entries in the one place, a list of all the builds and links to their origianl posts. Maybe pick the best posted image of each entry and link that pic to the post. What do you think? Sorry man , I just read the community build post and saw that your working on it, thanks mate. APCin has the list already so you could start with that and deeplink the best pic from each entry.

Nice review KielDaMan. I like how you have the comparison shots of every falcon so we can get a feel for the design changes and build accuracy. You forgot to compair it to the mini and mini falsons .

Fallenangle was asking 'A couple years back, I came across a site on which someone had depicted the entire Original Trilogy in LEGO form via a number of brickbuilt scenes for each film'. you can check out the thread and look at the link My link. It has alot of very nicely built figs made back in 1992, way befor we saw any official Star Wars Lego.

Nice alien CallMePieOrDie. It has a skinky feel to it. If you look hard enough you can find some good refrence material on Xenomorphs. I made a WIP queen that I didnt ever finish. My MOC consisted both system and bionicle and it just needed a few more deatials and find all black parts. I loved the movies and the Aliens look so scary and cool.

I need to get working on my ROJ community build So I can have the privlage to where the red rebelion tag. I have a few thoughts in mind but again mine is not going to very big due to time constraints, I just want to contribute somthing to the community again.

From what I can see you have the genral shape down but can you repost a few more clear pics to see more of your creation. Edit for spelling.
