  1. yes i asked a few years ago about a dedicated GBC forum part but im not sure what happend
  2. yes i would be interested in a gbc contest for sure
  3. @amorti i think the proportional steering servo is the new one from mold king, i dont have a need for the servos but i brought some of the L motors for testing with GBC
  4. i just brought some of these generic PF motors which are meant to be enhanced for more power, i also brought a standard L motor too so i can compare the results to the specs on the listing here: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Upgrade-Version-Technic-Train-Power-Function-7-4V-M-L-XL-Trein-Motor-for-Le-go/233855363530?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3D0818c06807104251867733237a6f14f6%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D15%26mehot%3Dnone%26sd%3D233855363530%26itm%3D233855363530%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057%26brand%3DUnbranded&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3Ac39ec422-7264-11eb-a171-ca3a5c503c61|parentrq%3Ab86388e21770ad4a6ba066a9ffd95658|iid%3A1 also these motors have a RED outer casing which looks cool
  5. yea im still missing some, im building the tilted rotors at the moment with the new type 3 turntables and so far its a lot more stable
  6. hello all, is anyone selling any Akiyuki modules at the moment? just looking to see what is for sale to add to my collection
  7. i found this version of the tilted rotors with a ball catcher on it which collects dropped balls ps. i reached 1000 posts
  8. today i finished some files for tilted rotors, stuck ball v2 and forks, i have added these to my rebrickable page along with other akiyuki modules https://rebrickable.com/users/9vsystem/mocs/
  9. Wow, this is really impressive, congrats on getting it to work
  10. thanks its been a big task but i hope we see more modules in the akiyuki style in future yea i was impressed when @jeroen finished the file
  11. @Ankoku i have updated the EV3 thread with the files for the ball cleaner, meaning we now have instructions for all of akiyukis modules
  12. thanks, @FernandoQ did the instructions for the compact spiral which you can find here https://bricksafe.com/pages/FernandoQ/akiyuki-spiral-compact
  13. looks great, glad it works well from my instructions, i like the mods to the input area so i might make those changes to the instructions myself and the balls getting stuck was a problem for me as well Aron
  14. thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it
  15. heres an interesting layout with an extended version of the fork to fork
  16. @Ankoku i have just started to build the spiral staircase module, and im thinking of building the fork to fork after it, will you be pblishing an updated instruction for this one as well as step V2?
  17. i finished this as well with the ball sorter part on it and it works well, do you have any video of your ball factory yet?
  18. i think it needs to be moved up to the next white pannel
  19. i will answer for both of these questions as i did some of the work for the spiral lift and the instructions for the tilt shift for the spiral lift, i would suggest inserting 7l axles into the tubes this gives them strength for the tilt shift i need to update the instructions but that black ball joint connects to the underside of the panels
  20. yes it is more than possible to run at events but you need to make a timing change to one of the cams and then re time the bucket shifter and unloader, the bucket placer may also need changes, i want to try the new spiral lift for its larger input, also it is driven by a worm meshed to a 16 tooth gear so it should just be a matter of gearing it down for two turns of the worm to one turn of the ball lifter. @Berthil i have sent you a FB pm as well and will show you what i mean
  21. @Jonas i would love to see you do an XT version of the v3 ball factory, i really liked your version of the v2 and the xt plus version that came after it
  22. yea i was thinking that as well, it has the black thing on the end for the connection to the next module as well
  23. @Ankoku i think i have found a new module i have not seen before the module in the red circle , looks like some sort of spiral lift module
  24. @Berthil i have had this idea for a while but wasnt sure how well it would work would it be possible to change the spiral lift from the standard version to the stretched type 2 version?, this way the balls have a bigger input area and is a unique way of implementing this simple module into the ball factory, it can also act as a buffer, with a bigger ball capacity. i think it would fit in nicely with the existing parts of the v3 ball factory thoughts?
