Poor kids! That's so fast! :) Great work, tkel86, I'd love to build this for my amusement park. Any instructions available?

Fantastic job, eurotrash. So cartoonish.

If that's true, these are best news I could have hope for.

It's a must have. One of the most beautiful buildings Lego has ever created, IMHO.

Nope, those three bricks are used on the inside of the 'tower', they serve as a pillar for the feathers ornament on top. You can also swap it to 2x2 light grey, I don't think it's much of a difference.

That's what is been happening to me with my GG project. Seems there's no way to fix it. I spoke with TLG customer service a couple of times and the only way was making different orders and then, call TLG back to discount replicated shipping rates. Regarding orders via phone, I think the threshold is something like 20 different kind of pieces.
-
True, but I guess is unrrealistic to think that you can buy a GG for double the retail price nowadays. You will be lucky if you find a used one for less than 600$. So, at the end, if you want this particular set as badly as me, you have to be prepared to pay over 400$. And even then, you will need to substitute a lot of bricks.

Hi everybody, for those who are thinking in bricklinking Green Grocer, I've just completed mine. Here's my guide, maybe somebody, lazy as me, could find it useful: I've started from a scratch, using no bricks from my inventory. I've taken the easiest lazy route: I've purchased all bricks available from brick and pieces and pick a brick. The rest of them, via bricklink (five different stores). I've just purchased new pieces and the only substitutions are: 1x2 groove sand bricks (replaced with masonry bricks) 1x8 sand bricks (replaced with 1x4 sand bricks). All the rest is exactly as the original, including baseplates, minifigures and all kind of accessories and rare pieces. Hope someday Lego will be producing 1x2 groove sand bricks again. The total, including shipping from Lego and bricklink stores it has been 467,49€. Ouch! Next year: The last in line, Cafe Corner.

Hi Paul, thanks for your insightful answer. Very helpful. :)

It would be a crime to tear apart this masterpiece. This should be in a museum. Or even better, in Her Majesty's Theatre!

Hi, I'm bricklinking Cafe Corner from brick and pieces lego site, but, after gathering about 75€ in pieces it doesn't let me add any more bricks. Everytime I try, when I confirm to check out, it leads me to "page not found". I've tried everything: empty the cache, log out/log in again, safari and chrome, two different devices (imac and ipad) but still the same error. I'm tired, angry and desperate. Has anyone expirienced the same issue? Any hint or solution to this problem?

I'd love to see it, but i'm planning it for January/February 2016 :(

Thank you very much for your answer, AmperZand, I'll try to visit both of them. I will also be in Brighton a couple of days, I've just learned that it has a Lego Store too. So, a lot of PAB's to examine.
-
Hi everybody I'm planning a trip to London in the near future, so I'd like to ask wich of the two stores has the larger PAB wall. Do you recommend to visit the two of them or will be redundant in terms of different parts on their PAB walls? Thanks!

Looks great, very nice work with the Town Hall. I'd love to see a picture of the whole layout.

^Looks like he's saying that we're waiting for the designer video and interiors in response to the link of the facade provided by LegoThomas.
