Most of the things I'd like are definitely never happening. Assassin's Creed, Alien, Mortal Kombat, Dead Space, Dishonored, Uncharted... Sharknado, even.

Spot on!

This is striking! The colors offset the primarily white architecture brilliantly! -
Heh, clever!

A+ Well done!

Looking closely at this old face, it reminds me somewhat of Ken Watababe's Ra's al Ghul in Batman Begins, although I don't think that was intentional.

Now that we've gotten a better close up, I'm fairly certain there will be a younger face. It's simple, but I like it. I'm glad it's not just shirtless Ra's like we kept getting in the early Lego Batman games; that will be easy enough to replicate with preexisting torsos.

It's a matter of huge age difference. Ra's is almost always shown as younger looking. It is possible that he has a younger face, as deskp theorized above, in which case this head would not seem out of place with the Lazarus pit, but this head on its own is not the common depiction. Of course, Lego has occasionally differed from the norm with faces, particularly Mr. Freeze lacking his trademark red goggles, so anything is possible.

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
BaneShake replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm a DC buyer through-and-through, but Spider-man has been a personal favorite since my childhood, and by God Lego is trying to squeeze even more money out of me. I may have to cave and get the Ghost Rider set, if extra funds allow it. -
That's the boat I'm currently in. The costume matches a Ra's costume I've seen before, but the head of The Demon's Head seems rather different.

This is rather brilliant. It's builds like these that make me envy others' skills!

This seems like the best way to avoid technicalities. Specifying "List based on appearances" versus "List based on roles both live action and voice-acted" are fairly distinct, but then you have animated characters using the likeness of the actor (see: Jango's Clones), and it doesn't even begin to cover masked characters. Is the Spider-man 2002 variant actually worth calling Tobey Maguire, even though none of his features are visible? If so, do you then have to count stuntmen too? Suddenly, we have a whole can of worms opened.

This isn't really ringing "Ra's" to me, but I could be wrong. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Gah! I forgot all about 1960's Dick! DC barely likes to acknowledge that she was Robin, so I'll consider it lucky if she even gets to appear in-set as Spoiler.

Correct. He only appeared in the Joker Steamroller set. Mostly we've gotten Tim Drake variants, with Dick Grayson in Batboat, Jokerland, and possibly the juniors and micros sets (although these last two could debatably be Tim as well).

That depends on the size of the vehicle. It's a "desert buggy," which sounds like it would be a relatively small build (imagine the Batcycle in the Funhouse Escape set; it was there without taking away from the location's build). Plus, with multiple location builds (Door, cell, Lazarus pit), it sounds like the focus really is on the playset.

Darn, and I was hoping for Ra's Al Ghul's Demoncopter. ...kidding, of course. This has the potential to be one of the strongest DC sets released! Of course, simple virtue of being a location already sets it apart from the majority.

I prefer the new blue over the other two. For that matter, I even (prepare to gasp) prefer the New 52 red to the original (gasp here). The original just feels... dated to me, and the hair was never quite to my liking. I've been hoping for the blue recolored version of the red one for quite some time now, but I never expected it to actually happen.
