  1. I confirm from my sources neither prince charming nor pizza suit guy.
  2. Hello lads, I was told that there is already somewhere out the distribution for the series, saying there are 2 series per box. Can someone confirm or dismiss this? Thanks
  3. People really like costumed characters, it seems! I mean, it really seems to me! I mean, really, I do really believe that people like costumed characters! Smart people have now their answer on your question, Robert8.
  4. No pizza. But stay hungry, stay foolish. Castle... fantasy... TLG is not planning a castle theme this year and there is only one unthemed minifigure series...
  5. Wait... what? Did I say I have the list? Really did I? Perhaps I have it, perhaps I have not. Perhaps it's a fake one, perhaps it's true. I might investigate.
  6. Wow, I thought I was the only italian guy having the whole list for series 17. This can mean only that there was a huge leak or that the only one guy who I gave info, shared without my permission.
  7. Easy. They already had the molds.
  8. To me they are nothing like goblin as we think them. They have hair and pointy ears, and small bodies, like new molds.
  9. They do not say anything for Ninjago but the fact that it's scheduled for september. No mention on how many minifigis, nor the color. This will be in the Retailer Catalog for 2017 2HY
  10. Actually Dark Purple. Ruina is not a bigfig. No bigfigs at all. New Rock mini monsters.
  11. Be ready, as you will see many sets with characters as MINIDOLLS thought for GIRLS. DC FOR GIRLS is a theme of 2017. I have seen pictures. Supergirl is in it, wonder woman too, don't remember the others.
  12. I have seen pictures of the catalog. THREE seies confermed for 2017 Batman in January, 20 minifigs per serie Series 17, COLOR IS YELLOW AGAIN Ninjago Movie Serie. Please note NEW EUROPEAN PRICE = 3,99€ even for normal serie. I frankly don't understand this. It's a 25% higher price. I won't buy as many as before.
  13. They are small creatures with hair and pointed ears, but in the pictures they are unfinished. They will have a small body like the red monsters from Nexo Knights. They are looking like each one has a different colour.
  14. I have seen pictures. New snake molds, and possible reuse of the Medusa hair from series 10, but in red, for what it seems. New helmets, with snakes on them. Reuse of the hood for series 16 rogue for ninjago characters.
  15. I have seen pictures. Sets will be in light bluish/blue for the good characters, and light bluish/PURPLE for the enemy characters, who are rocky monsters. There are a lot of new molds for the minifigures, mostly the bad guys. The ACTION figures are a like bionicles, but smaller and with heads of normal minifigures. Look horrible to me. They will sell shields in small bags like minifigures, 5 shields per bag. Overall, I like the theme. Ruina is a monstruos woman with hair falling on her side, but prelim images cannot show exaclty how she will look like.
  16. What I think is: Yes. There are indeed rude administrators. No. We are not allowed to argue. These administrators make the work for us. We don't know what's behind. It's not a public right to be on Eurobricks. If you want to be here, you follow the rules, you get a nice forum probably the best one about LEGO in the world as now. You will receive some unfair treatment sometime, but not as much as you receive in life itself. So it's pretty normal. If someone thinks the moderators are too rude, I encourage these people to make a forum on their own where they can be moderators and try to be gentle and kind when someone make you lose your temper. Plus, consider this is also a LUG, so moderators have benefits from LEGO which they share with us via prize contests and the like. If a user acts in a certain way, like showing confidential pictures and so on, LEGO could remove the LUG status to Eurobricks, which would be a disaster. Just my 2 cents, of course.
  17. Actually, this is false. Minifigures are indeed less, but they are more detailed. And they cost Lego more than more minifigures but less detailed. Price is decreasing, if you consider inflation rates. Pieces are more in number if you consider that the ship, Brick Bounty, had 150 pieces more than the last one, The Brickbeard's bounty. They are less thatn the Black Seas Barracuda, but they are half cheaper. Some examples 1989's Black Seas Barracuda $110 retail price. Today it would be $213,48 ( source: http://www.usinflationcalculator.com/ ) For 870 parts this means 0,25$ per part. 2009's The Brickbeard's Bounty $99 retail price. Today it would be $111,05 For 554 parts this means 0,20$ per part. 2015's The Brick Bounty $99 retail price. Today it would be $100,52. For 709 parts this means 0,14$ per part. Overall,, considering the pirate ship as the perfect example for each of Pirates I, II, and III we could see how price per part dropped down drastically as the last one costed nearly half the first one. Also, colors are more and more useful today than what it was before. Black Seas Barracusa had very few colours (red, yellow, black, white, dark gray, light gray, brown) while the last ship has a bigger piece/color variety. I am fairly happy with the last Pirate theme we got, my only disappointment is that it lasted only one wave.
  18. I was the first here to see pictures last year, and they came right from the seller's retailer catalogue. And it's expected to be in stores within this month. So I'm confident people will be able to unveil the mystery very very soon.
  19. I am not too happy with themed minifigures, because they usually aren't well suited for being something different than what they are planned to. Plus, most are fleshies, which I don't put in my MOCs, I don't like flesh minifigures. So, when there is a themed series like Simpson, Disney or so on, I usually pass. There is no point in buying duplicates for those.
  20. Yes. But they shouldn't be sold until September 1st. This doesn't mean people are avoiding to sell them. This is why I already bought 50 rogues.
  21. Can anybody hint about the minifig distribution? Which are 5 per box, which are 4, which are 3?
  22. Hello again folks. I was wondering, after seeing the first Warcraft movie: IMHO it would fit TLG's guidelines. I mean, that's not worse than any Lord of the Rings movie, and plus it looks a lot more child-oriented than Hobbit or LotR have ever been. So, provided I have absolutely no clues on whether TLG would acquire such a license, knowing already this has been property of another building toy (but other have been in the past too and Warcraft's partnership is over with the other party), what do you think? Would you think that this would come eventually? Or not. If not why? Thanks for reading!
