    I agree, a weaker round IMHO too. I'll go for Emmet only because I enjoied him too much.

    Round 6 is over and ruled by the CONQUISTADOR who had a lot of preferences and ruled the others. Now on to round 7. Rules are simple: pick your favourite minifigure among the one you see. This is round 7, we'll go through many rounds before stating the best collectible minifigure ever... but I believe it will be funny! Notes: minifigures are selected randomly. Only one minifigure goes to the next stage. All 384 collectibles released so far are present. 384 / 6 = 64, only 64 will survive the first round. I will tell the winner when going with round 8 and so on.

    So strange. Before starting this game I selected 64 minifigures that I wanted to pass round 1. Three are here (so 2 will be eliminated now). This is very interesting... I really look forward to see how it will end as I can't perceive myself which is the most loved minifigure so far.

    Well, I read it all and there is nothing to disprove the highest-cost-per-minifig -> better minifig assioma. On the other hand the price-per-part seems to stay quite the same. 70347 10€ per 89 parts (0,089€ per part) 70352 100€ per 840 parts (0,084€ per part) But 70347 10€ per 2 minifigures (5€ per minifig) 70352 100€ per 7 minifigures (14,3€ per minifig) So it is legit to expect better minifigures when the price per part is the same but the price-per-minifigure isn't.

    I actually think there are reasons different by the one you pick. I believe that in a small set you usually get a lot of minifigures compared to the price of the set. For example: in a 10€ set you usually get 2 minifigures, which means 1 every 5€. This means that you should get 16 for a 80€ set. Which actually doesn't happen. You get 8 (eg). So, if I pay 10€ per minifigure at least I expect them to be more important than the ones you get for a 10€ set. Which actually is the case.

    Wow this makes sense. Like: we didn't have a CMF Fireman yet, or a CMF bluecoat, or a CMF M-tron... what if they make 8 oldies and 8 new versions of that 8 oldies (like grown-up) 8 sided on one side, 8 on the other side! Nice! Or they make dual printed head (classic and new), two torsoes, for the same minifigure :D Just guessing...

    On the other hand you should consider that they have far more printings than the normali minifigures, that most of the new minifigures mold are used for this theme and that the most iconic minifigures that are not themed in the last 8 years came from this theme. Plus, most of these minifigures are meant to be collected so it means that you assemble them, put in a display case and simply store forever. They are less meant to be plaied so it's acceptable a quaility decrease I believe.

    If I had to say a guess, it would be re-issues, but in different styles. Like, a Black Falcon, but new in style... or a new Johnny Thunder, but with a modern look.
