  1. In the case that tonight I get killed via SK/vig/scum/whomever/taken out by some form of killer, my current "suspicions" are as follows: Harriet Stomper, for reasons which I have posted, Vasquez for her last-minute attempt to join the failed bandwagon against me, and her only repeating what other people had posted, and 4 of 2 raised some good points as regarding Hannah Ford. This is Clementine Lister, signing off.
  2. Already answered this. 'Twere. Current vote count:10 votes for Doctor Wen (Xenophobic Monoxide): (Mediumsnowman, Hinckley, Tariq, Bob, Captain Nemo, TinyPiesRUs, CallMePie, Fhomess, Piratedave84, jluck) 6 votes for Clementine Lister (Lind Whisperer): (Chromeknight, Sir Stig, Xenophobic Monoxide, Lazychicken, Lady K, Dragonfire) 1 vote for Harriet Stomper (Mediumsnowman): (Lind Whisperer) 1 vote for Hannah Ford (Ranger of the Forest): (mostlytechnic)
  3. Whelp, that makes:9 votes for Doctor Wen (Xenophobic Monoxide): (Mediumsnowman, Hinckley, Tariq, Bob, Captain Nemo, TinyPiesRUs, CallMePie, Fhomess, Piratedave84) 6 votes for Clementine Lister (Lind Whisperer): (Chromeknight, Sir Stig, Xenophobic Monoxide, Lazychicken, Lady K, Dragonfire) 1 vote for Harriet Stomper (Mediumsnowman): (Lind Whisperer)
  4. Yay! Grouchy Monk Dude is joining Team Awesome! I'm guessing you'll have to "choose sides" - or there's a chance it could be just a rep-only event. But I doubt that...
  5. ...How can you join Ziegfried if you've only got Guild/Shadeaux rep?
  6. I was saying that there's no percentage basis on "how many people I suspect," it's directly correlated to how many people act scummy. And the fact that you couldn't draw that very simple conclusion on your own, - or even after I'd already explained it once* - is really starting to push that needle towards five. *See asterisk, second post of mine back.
  7. Appeal to Emotion. If you're searching for a Mafia term, search for __(Term)___ mafiascum.
  8. Here's the deep secret behind my "suspicions".I suspect people that ping my scum-dar. Dun-dun-dun!!!!!!!! :pir-oh: :pir-oh: Thank you for once more proving what Hinckley already proved.EDIT: *That first post should have had "Numbers have nothing to do with it, you ping my scum-dar, I suspect you, you don't, I watch you warily out of the corner of my eye."
  9. That's because you're thinking as if you were playing. In Cosplay Mafia, I was worried about self-preservation.In all of Cosplay Mafia Not-School, I learned exactly one thing. Self-preservation paralyzes you. Sure, you may last a little longer - but if everyone's just focused on preservation over scum-hunting, nothing happens. So, I decided that this game, I'm wouldn't focus about self-preservation. I'd focus on scum-hunting. And Harriet is the one that's pinging me. *Vasquez is also pinging me, as her post smacks of "trying to guess the way the wind blows" and leaping on to a possible new bandwagon but Harriet's post is the one that really has that good ol' scum taste to it.
  10. Sweet. UsernameMDM and I are agreeing on something? This must truly be the End Days! I'm pretty sure it'll be the first, since Party Rep factors into this, in some manner...Lind = #stoked
  11. Everything looks good, thanks! #gladthatoldpictureisfinallygone
  12. No, I called for a stop on people posting blatant obviousities. Slight difference. Yes, because he's a "very experienced and active member of etc., etc.". Yes, because Harriet had pinged me, and I wasn't sure how many more hours it was. I bolded it so that our host would clearly see it. Because said "newest space community member" made posts that together suggested scum. You really like saying that, don't you? Just because someone's a newbie, doesn't mean they aren't scum. If someone posts a suspicously scummy post on Day One, I vote for them. And you're only repeating the points other people have made about me, and agreeing with them. I could just as rightfully say that that is more scummy than anything I've done.
  13. If someone were playing a Jester, that'd be a reason.
  14. 6 + 6 + 7 = 19 As I typed, unless someone undergoes a vote penalty, there has to be a majority...unless, I suppose, the math goes 3, 8, 8 or some variation of that... My bad.
  15. ...Are you saying that because I'm suspecting 4 people on Day One, that then I'll suspect a new four on Day 2? Not quite sure how you got to 8... Gee, imagine a townie vote that wasn't a straight bandwagon. There would be no way we could get information out of that... And we have 19 players, with mandatory voting. There's no math that allows for a no lynch, unless someone undergoes the no vote penalty. Because scum always play clean, and above board. ^This.Doctor Wen seems like the usual First Day newbie bandwagon vote - someone says something stupid/acts out a bit and gets lynched for it. He could very well be a newbie scum, but he doesn't ping me. Harriet Stomper, however, did. Vote: Harriet Stomper (mediumsnowman)
  16. Speaking of which - Sandy, could you please make sure everyone from #138's Hall stats are updated? I retrained as Black Knight, Karie's a Minstrel, I've got Great rep with Shadeaux and Karie's +1 rep with Hinckwell. Ah - that makes more sense. Never did like that kid. I get that he's supposed to be unlikeable, but...he's kind of annoying.
  17. ...That'd have been funnier if it'd been something he would actually say.
  18. Yay!* :sweet: :sweet:  Is "tonight" Fin** time or American? *My subdued response is because I since I still have to finish writing my letter to Vorpalis+contrib on certain project+normal life+mafia... **Is Fin an acceptable abbreviation?
  19. Emoticons exist for a reason, people. Because the only thing your post adds is This is exactly what I'd type if I were trying to provide an example of "quietly jumping on the bandwagon". To a level that can only be described as cliche.By itself, I'll cheerfully admit that it isn't really jumping on the ol' wagon in any way that's really much different from a townie. But taken in context with your other remarks...it starts to take on a new light.
  20. I got my schooling in Cosplay School, man. There, you played, or you was dead. No time for learning, man, just for playing.
  21. Who is this mysterious Lind Whisperer? My name's Clementine. Although whoever he is, he sounds very handsome... Well, if pointing out posts that ping of scumminess is "wielding the finger of accusation," then yes, I will cheerfully admit to wielding the finger of accusation towards posts that ping of scumminess. And no, we aren't certain of anything, a helpful fact PEOPLE WON'T QUIT POSTING :damn: , but, scummy posts come a lot closer to "certainty" than anything else we have. And if I find your post scummy, and if I look at your other posts, and they line up in classic under-the-radar formation, you bet I'm going to point that out. It was the way you jumped on it that pings. And the general smack of all of your posts, when gathered together in response to the one that pinged me.As a general question, how long until voting opens?
  22. This is pinging me. "I've been reading, and I'm going to loudly mention that I have suspicions, but I won't share them, but I'll assure everyone I have them, and because I'm assuring everyone that I'm suspicious and that I'm afraid of scum, maybe I'll come off as town." *pulls up Stomper's posts* *singsong* Bandwagon... Stating the obvious, and a fluff "join-in-the-fun-so-it-looks-like-I'm-participating" post. ...And if you share your theories, and you are killed, then we can use that information for the town's benefit. I'm getting pinged a lot louder than I was with Doctor Wen. Wen was either classic newbie, or classic newbie scum. He's more of a "lynch-because-we-have-no-one-better-to-go-after," lynch. But your posts have a heavy smack of trying to skirt under the radar... Yes, I am jumping to the "possible candidate for lynch" gun. Because all of your posts, together in context, smack of scummy-ness. "As it goes, I'd rather laugh and deflect the question."
  23. Uh, isn't it Major Dave that's the d-spice addict? See Pelly's Paradise. Day One, I made a poor votes choice, and all but admitted that I knew Tam was scum. Pulled out of it to live to Day Four, and would have lived longer, except that nearly all of the rest of the team died, and the one person left didn't come online soon enough to warn me.
