Look, I didn't give a crap back in the days about characters' gender. But I have to admit that a couple more Roodakas (aka strong female characters) wouldn't have hurt in BIONICLE's run, especially without oversexualizing them (while I think Roodaka has one of the best builds of the entire BIONICLE saga, it's depressing to see they had to put boobs and heels on a robot to make kids understand she was a female).

I was Google-translating it myself before, and mozhno means "possible". What would it mean? Lego is not planning a big launch or something?

Since we're beginning to discuss obviously fake leaks, I'll leave here some bad jokes I had in my mind. About BIONICLE, of course. - An old friend of Pridak, from the League days, meets the white Barraki in a pub. "Pridak! Long time no see! Why the long face?". - Who would Nidhiki fight for in a toy war? For Lego! Others are even sillier, I won't ruin your lunch.

While I agree with you about the creativity part of the new packages, I find ye good ol' canisters a very convenient way of safely storing my sets, since I have a limitate room for showing them and filling a box with them doesn't sound as much intriguing, especially since they can get scratches or worse. Canisters were also a cool, solid (in all senses ) way to show the set, as it gave a concrete space to slap the illustration of the set itself, front-back (and some back illustration were really nice, like Bohrok's and Vahki's, with the map of Metru Nui that was... well... charming ). From time to time I play with my DS version, and I gtta say it was a damn fine game. Wonder if the BIONICLE 2.0 will get some love from the 3DS!

Am I the only one who enjoyed 2009 more than '08 and '07? I really liked the tribal feel the gave to the whole, something we hadn't see in such a deep way since '03. And, as it was said, Glatorians had some of the best designs of the whole BIONICLE, in my humble opinion (Tuma was the perfect execution of a Inika build-based titan, as much as Roodaka was the top in the pre-Inika)(also, Malum and Kiina were just awesome, Kiina being one of the most original canister build since the Barraki).

Now that Bonkles are back, what will be HF's future? Most say it will become small figure oriented.

Also, looks like LEGO has discontinued the whole canister concept, because of muh ecology. Yeah, just found out about that, thanks arc!

Yeah, you're most probably right, mine was a moot point. But this (the biggest Bio-page on fb running again) is probably the only "true" coincidence about a Bionicle reinassance, and it's somehow depressing to see people still in denial.

I subscribed to this forum just to reply to this very thread :D looks like I'm the first of a big new wave of users (I'm a long time lurker, anyway). One thing nobody else noted here is that the Facebook page of Bionicle (the one who has about 15k fans) has become active again on april 2014, and by the style of the post they make it just looks like any other page owned by a company to promote their products. Besides they've made two stautes, one back in may and one yesterday, where they were quite mysterious yet hinting at a return of Bionicle in 2015, go check yourself to get what I mean.
