    Can someone who has all the modulars (including MS) tell me how tall they are? I know that Lego provided height measures to the sets, but they turned out to be inaccurate. For instance, GE is said to be 38 cm, but in reality it's 42...

    It's "funny" to see that SW sets become even smaller and more expensive.. and the X-wing is no excuse.. as far as I can tell from that picture.

    Maybe the 1M beam... but that would cause too much friction, which would damage the parts. Also, it's somehow disturbing (at least for me) that when the boom is retracted and lowered it will extend too much over the chassis. I know it's typical for real life machines, but still..

    From year to year, Technic sets become bigger and bigger, and I'm happier and happier knowing that the part count is freaking high, so as the prices, which is sad...

    I am afraid, it might be TLG's regulation just like at the toy fairs. Maybe from now there won't be any early review.. + For those who can't decide the panel problem, I can firmly state that 42082 has 3x11 panels on the boom. Just look at the wall piece.

    Going back to topic: do you think 42082 will be able to lift a middle sized Technic car? For example the new rescue responder?
