As Octan controles everything, it is also the main motorcycle company. in my town there was a small dealership and workshop (uploaded some time ago) but it had a complete makeover. (btw... i just noticed that my Octan Racing flag hangs upside down... oops) inside of the shop the stairs can be turned up so everything is visible and reachable. there are 2 new bikes, the latest one on a small podium. one guy checking out the bike, and one buying a cool ninja-styled helmet. in the workshop there is a police bike on a lift an a mechanic working on it I recently bought a bulk of 2nd hand lego which had all the pinns broken off of 4 of motorcycle wheels... they are now very useful as spare parts. the clothing and helmets can be found on the first floor. there is also a cool vintage racing bike from the 80's on display The attic has a crane to get bikes to the fist floor and the attic. There are some damaged and old bikes stored away. maybe you recognize the blue nr.3 motorcycle and the old police bike please tell me what you think of the build

haha i think so too. i did saw a other moc with sneakers, but it was more a walk in closet kind of idea, and not in minifig scale thanks, using the 1x1 tile as shoes didn't work for me. they where to plain. I dind't have enough dark red for the floor. and i wanted to make a bricklink order as small as possible. for the trans clear pieces in the sneaker wall If you do, please show us your creation. great to hear that i inspired people. now don't just look up portal... play it! portal 2 is just the best! awesome game :P

Some time ago i posted a B-model of palace cinema which i called caesar cinema. I wassn't totaly happy about it and i got some other ideas for modulars i wanted to build. and so i created the new Caesar Cinema with next to it a sneaker store called "SNKR" I am a huge sneaker fan. (i have 25 pair of nike's and Jordans) so i really wanted to make a sneakerstore modular. an this is what i came up with: I figured that the best pieces to represent sneakers would be the up side down 1x1 plate and the 1x1 slope Some limited golden and bleu sneakers behind glass Upstairs there is storage for some shoeboxes and... a companion cube?? and a locked door... To open the door, some one already got to the 2nd floor where some test must be done. but if you complete the test, the door will be opened and there wil be cake! CAKE!! so yes i am also a portal fan! LEGO, PORTAL and Sneakers all in one modular!! (have you figured out how to open the door yet?) The cinema is mostly build form the pieces from palace cinema, the City Pizza truck and some extra red parts for the theater room. in the entrance room there is a City Pizza where you can buy and eat pizza, but also drinks and popcorn for the movies, and a desk to buy your movie tickets. don't be afraid by the life size ET, Egyptian and BRICK SEPARATOR! and here it is in my city

I like the carbon fiber un painted car and the flashback to the older days. I agree about the furnishing. but it does look like a propper small team garage

Verry cool.

Thats a great idea! The entrance looks good. But i think everyrhing is to far apart. It should be more compact i think. The pathways are way to wide i think

I am also from the 4 wide era. so at first i also was against the cars becoming wider (and bigger). I used to build some of my trucks smaller than some of the newer cars from the latest sets. the new 6 wides do look good though and building them is a lot of fun sill thinking about the past i am happy to see someone building 4 wide versions of the new sets. it is an awesome idea! i want to see how it will be when it is done. i should try some myself

This is big! and the overall result wil be huge! 3 sets! great job! are you building a pizza place in there, made from pieces of the foodtruck? I got that set yesterday and i am thinking of incorperating it as a part of a modular. btw.. maybe you should remove the bottom plate of the pizza table if you're using it in the setup. I think the table is to high compared to minifigs.

If you lookvat the official lego sets there are more then 2 colours. and windows. this is a big difference. Use 1 plate of a different coulour in your walls and you will immediately see a difference. it just makes a building more vibrent. The use of correct windows is also a way of detailing a building. And then tou can look for the really small details.

i think you do not need the older sets. as beauttfull as they are, they are not the only thing that makes up a city I started with petshop and the detective office. Now i also own palace cinema and parisian restaurant and i think my setup looks pretty cool as it is. if they had a normal price i to would want to have GE FB and CC. but i don't mind not having them.

If these parts came out of the same bag then the overal weight of the bag could just still be right. so that bag will pass control. I had times i needed to do an extra search for some parts while building my modulars. And sometimes i used the wrong colour previously, so i could not find the rigt briks. but everything was always there. My dimensions e.t. head was not printed. that is my only time i had to order a replacement.

that canal is beautiful. i love how you managed to keep it level but still look like it is a proper canal! awesome And your city is huge! great job

First we must stop advertising the company whose name shall not be called. Furter i dont think that lego will reduce the modularprices because of those fake companies. Thay will just stop producing modulars if they aren't proffitable annymore.

That outrun game is totaly awesome

I own both. The PR is amazing. It is amazingly detailed. altough i find the DO better looking. If you want a detailed interior you should get the PR. but i would reccomend the DO. simply for its looks
