Even in the blackness of the night, Conall was able to find a sturdy spruce. He perched himself in the branches therein to wait out the monster's presence before returning to the village. The next morning the coast was clear. Conall climbed down and rapidly made his way back to his home. As he ventured, the forest began to turn into a broad stony moor. Conall walked at his leisure, confident he had lost the creature. But all peace was shattered when a low roar rumbled through his bones. His blood turned to ice. His pace utterly halted. The Dragon had found him! More to come! ~Brother Steven

Friðsælt Falls by Brother Steven, on Flickr Created for the Inspirational Lego Build contest hosted by the Inspirational Lego group. What inspires me? The harmony, balance, and majesty of all that I observe in nature. Whenever I begin to create something that requires landscape, I always look to the original masterpiece. Whether in stone, the flow of water, animal life, or foliage. Please check out the awesome video on YouTube for an in-depth look at this build. <a href=" rel="nofollow">www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2MUYrV5weQ&feature=youtu.be</a> ~Brother Steven

Naughtston Abby by Brother Steven, on Flickr On a warm, sunny afternoon, Brother Steven was at his usual place in the abbey library, quietly studying passages of the Holy Scriptures and contemplating ancient texts, The atmosphere of the little alcove was pleasant, cheerful and inviting. Without a doubt, it was his favorite retreat for a bit solitude and seclusion. Built for the Classic Castle seed part challenge!
