  1. @BEAVeR thanks for the thoughtful critique. The handle is meant to be part of the seat. I forgot about the reins continuing up. And I really didn’t look at the thorax that closely. This one will be built for a while so I’ll certainly work through your points over time. Thank you!
  2. *Your entry has earned 20 XP* Some crazy old wizard in the sand
  3. Very cool and thoughtful build. Minifigs look great, love the bubbles, and that exhaust tube is a nice gem. So many great details... I do miss the good ol' days when the Empire could through traitors off lava platforms with impunity
  4. @MKJoshA the Commenor Remnant @Darth Bjorn be glad. If you’ve already taken the planet, it’s like an invitation for a surprise invasion
  5. We've made two significant updates to the rules. The main purpose was to reward highly active, yet new, builders; allow for more factions to develop but prevent builders from getting too spread out; and encourage collaborations and more sophisticated diplomacy between factions. Keep an eye out for new types of challenges and announcements coming soon.
  6. *Your entry has earned 20 XP* When the Empire took Columex, not all of the Separatist oligarchs escaped. Two slaves, a breeding pair from the outskirts of the Obtrexta sector, stood between their master and the reckoning that he deserved.
  7. No problem. Also, remember that we’re just builders trying to work everything out. It’ll take time for the scoring system to become more formulaic. We’re happy to have dedicated builders like y’all that are posting amazing MOCs to the forum
  8. We take the topic as a whole and include any additional posts or photos as long as they’re posted before we judge the topic. (Speaking for myself) There may be times when you might get more XP from splitting out distinct builds into separate topics, but I wouldn’t take it too far. It’s all about guessing where the fuzzy gray line is between each tier judges use to scale their scores.
  9. I really like how the part blended with the hood. The turkey body throws me a bit, but great motion to the build.
  10. I think this is the best part usage in whole episode. The build is so clean and menacing, as well.
  11. I would just go smaller scale on the speeders. The trapezoid panels are okay, but if the speeder were at a smaller proportion I think they’d stand out too much. I think presentation hurt this entry a bit more than necessary.
  12. Thank you. The tile floor was easy, aside from the number of parts required. I wish the seed part was more prominent in the overall build, but it I like the way it fit in.
  13. I really like the circle checkpoints and the nice work with minifigures (which, considering the quantity your using, none of which seem out of place). You also went all in on using the part. I think some signage behind them or detailing on the speeders would help. Cool build though and very unique.
  14. I think this is a really fun build. The crab is really well done and has good part usage beyond the seed part. There are also a lot of nice details throughout the build, like the piping and curved walls
  15. I just want to circle back and praise the floor and movement you show in this build. I think this is one of the most beautiful presentations and build concept in this episode. GREAT capture of the old Sith. I only think that this build suffers from the uniqueness of the part usage. It is a good use of the part, but just not as creative as @Darth Bjorn‘s floor. (He may have undermined you a bit there :/ :D)
  16. I like the unique accent color choices. I think you were handicapped by the color of the seed part; black is just so hard to capture. I do get the feel of the larger structure you’re representing. I think it would have benefited from some weathering or other details in the walls.
  17. There are some good aspects of this build, like the creatures and some of the structure. But, I have to say that I particularly dislike the mad scientist minifigure. Honestly it ruins the build, IMO. I don’t mean to be too harsh, just wanted to be honest about what really bugged me here. The other minifigures could be scaled back as well and I think the presentation would be better without the rough photography of each minifigure.
  18. The micro scale city seems very thought-out and clean. Good work
  19. I agree that the stairway is a great part of this build. I think there are other areas that could use more attention or better presentation, but the overall structure of the build and ice-cream-as-eggs part usage is good. I think you should try to scale back and focus on capturing your build in a single, clean shot. Keep it up.

  22. *Your entry has earned 18XP* Wild Space isn't far away as Republic soldiers and Jedi peacekeepers pursue a Mandalorian menace through a cosmopolitan district of the Columex boom town.
  23. Thanks. Totally not a coincidence. That show has great vehicles
