  1. Cool setting! Cool way to make coaxium!
  2. The rust on the walls is a pretty great detail!
  3. I'd love to see them but the pictures don't seem to be working!
  4. I appreciate these types of projects and understand the work that goes into them. I'm sure they are a challenge to design and create as well. That being said I think they don't satisfy a couple of BIG reasons why a lot of people buy Lego. 1) The Build - building a minscale from a polybag usually takes minutes. A lot of people will not be satisfied by that. 2) The Display - A lot of people display or share their purchased builds and those can be appreciated. I don't feel the smaller scale stuff will be as appreciated by non-Lego friends and family that are being shared with.
  5. Probably not due to manufacturing slow downs but I doubt it is discontinued.
  6. Looks great, thanks!
  7. *Your entry has earned 4 XP* Continued from here : Kirwin: B13! Stop playing around! We have to capture that thing! Then we can get credit for this mission! B13: Playing around? That thing tried to eat me! Kirwin: I doubt it has a taste for droids! Oh look! Over there! I see a mining rock breaker type of device I bet I can get working. You distract it and I'll hit it on the head and we'll capture it! Mission complete! B13: Distract it? How am I supposed to do that!? Kirwin: Well, it is already chasing you! Just lead it over here near this device. Great job. Keep running in circles! Let's see, this button here, this switch there and then I pull the lever! SPLAT! B13: Ack! It got me! I'm covered in blood! Kirwin: You don't have any blood in you B13! It seems I may have made a mistake on the pressure calculation. The creature was hit with a bit more force then I thought. B13: Oh my! How will we prove this was the creature we were supposed to take care of? Kiriwn: Look! In it's chest! The heart is still intact. Let's get it out of there! I think that will suffice for a trophy!
  8. Enjoyed all the dead bucketheads sections. Very creative!
  9. Is there a place to watch this for people outside Australia? (USA here)
  10. Thanks! Can you point me to a couple of examples of this - Also I have no idea why I used those color plates at the bottom! Good point! I actually have a nice chunk of Lego but I've been slowly sorting all my bagged up sets the last week so don't have a huge variety to work with yet. Getting there!
  11. Cool mash up!
  12. *Your entry has earned 4 XP* Kirwin: Hey B13, we have our first mission from Corsec! B13: Great! Since you're a pretty good tech will we be working on some droids? Maybe fixing up some equipment? Building something new? Something that challenges our skills? Kirwin: Let me read the message! Hmm. Well it seems we are taking a little trip. I guess this is the kind of easy mission they send newbies on. Miners on Anobis have been bothered because citizens from neighboring Ord Mantell drop off their exotic pets when they don't want to keep them! That seems mean! B13: Wait? Exotic pets. That sounds dangerous! Kirwin: Why would they send their newest recruit on a mission this dangerous? I'm sure I marked Engineer/Technician on my entry form! I'm sure an organization this size has reviewed it thoroughly! B13: But Kirwin - you only signed up this morning! Kirwin: Don't worry! I'm sure these are just small creatures! Usually exotic pets mean those weird colored lizards and such! No problem! B13: I have a bad feeling about this... Later that day... My 1st MOC! I did use the dragon head from a creator Lego set as a model but changed colors and added some extra bits. I do know that it seems the head is a bit bigger then the cave entrance but I think that gives it that Star Wars feel hehe!
  13. Great use of alternative parts for that creature!
  14. Great job! Cool full size dragons!
  15. Kirwin Khathon - Engineer/Technician applying for CorSec - I've filled out the player application sheet. Kirwin grew up building and programming droids. Even as others can be seen treating droids as objects he treats them with kindness and usually has good luck turning them into his friends. He has a long time companion named B13 which could be recognized as a Heavy Battle Droid (a modified version of the B1 battle droid). While Kirwin's long road to CorSec has been dangerous and maybe not financially successful he has almost always been very lucky when it comes to surviving the galaxy's "hi-jinks". The almost is displayed by his gold droid arm that replaces his left arm after one of those missions went awry.

  17. Thanks I'll give it a shot then :)
  18. Hiya! Is this something an absolute MOC novice can be a part of? Thanks!
