A great theme within Space! I see you got even the 1785 Crater Critters.

Hi everyone, This is another build for the Space contest on the LowLUG forum. One of the oldest stations of the Unitron. This base has excellent communication systems and has an aerial defence system. Spyrius is on his way and the men are preparing an assault. For more pictures, please look into my Flickr album. Sander

I agree with the others. Nice representation of Spyrius.

A great industrial setup. It really works with Classic Space.

Hi everyone, For an Space Contest on the LowLUG forum, I've build something in the Exploriens theme. A small outpost of the Explorients to conduct research on objects found on the planet. A Hovertron is on his way to another outpost. For more pictures, please look into my Flickr album. Sander

Hi everyone, This is the only Castle build, that I haven't shared yet. A small hideout in the forest. There is a small cave to hide crates, barrels and chests. One of them has prepared some food at the camp fire, while the other forestmen return from scouting. This is a combination of two Forestmen sets (6054 and 6066). For more pictures, please look into my Flickr album. Sander

Nice! Can you tell what you used inside the castle to make those squares?
-
Woah! That is very impressive. I am curious about the technique behind the build.

Thank you! I know that if i wanted to see the entire army column, I have to remove some vegetation. But I wanted to show a glimse of the army column to get a more forest feel.

Thank you both for the kind words!

Thanks, @zoth33! I wanted to maintain the style of the Black Knights. The only change was the roofs are dark red instead of red.

[MOC] the Black Wizard vs. the Green Wizard

I'll guess we'll never know. -
Hi everyone, After a short period of war, the Black Knights have returned to the western border close to the forest where the forestmen live. A group continu to march to the outpost not that far ahead. For more pictures, please visit my Flickr album. Sander

Hi everyone, At the edge of the forest of the forestmen confronts the Black Wizard the Green Wizard. The forestmen are presents and see the battle between the wizards. The Black Wizard is convinced that no wizard should interfere with the politics of men and want to teach the Green Wizard a lesson. But the Green Wizard is not the only one who has alligned with a group, but probably are Majisto and Willa the Witch too strong for him. For more pictures, please look into my Flickr album. Sander

Thanks! The tower is the connection between the wall, cave and the tavern.

Thank you both. @victorycount I was not happy with the pictures either. The background was the problem and I wanted to make it look more blank by introducting more light.

I love the chariot! Great build!

Hi everyone, It all started with a conversation on the LowLUG forum and someone said that he missed both the Wolfpack sets. I said that a lot of people don't know that there are 3 sets in the Wolfpack subtheme. I bought the set (1596) with 5 other special Castle sets (including Forestmen's Crossing) a few years ago. This is my own version of set 1596: Ghostly Hideout. Sander

[MOC] Besherazakiel, God of Vanity and Ambition
sander1992 replied to Exetrius's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Stunning build, Exetrius. Great mix of trans orange and trans light blue. -
Thanks. The Minecraft parts below are attached to plate, modified 2x2x2/3 with 2 studs on side. The 1x8 tiles are attached to a brick with 1 stud on side four bricks higher and 2 studs aside (below the second brick modified 1x2x1 1/3 with curved top). The Minecraft part in the top is attached to a Headlight brick (oriented on his side). The Headlight brick is 2 plates below the cone. I hope that the explanation makes sense. Otherwise I have to take some pictures of it. Thank you @Garmadon and @LEGO Train 12 Volts! I know you've build a lot of great/stunning/inspirational Castle builds. Thanks for the compliment! I wanted something else in the front. The 3x6 wedges was something I came up with. It fits, but the 2x6 wedge (in the rock) pushes the stairs a bit from the wall.

You've done a great job capturing the shape and feel of the set. -
Thanks! I am not familiar with the game. I will look that up. Perhaps some great inspiration might come from it.

Thanks guys! The use of 1x2 tiles for the walls, is something I borrowed from a Castle shown at Lego World (NL) last year. I just wanted the rocks in another color than DBG. Since last year I have a lot of Dark Tan slopes.
-
Thanks! It was not easy to build the trees. It contains a lot of bars and clips. When you want to use force to attach a leaf, a branch will fall off. I am glad that the trees worked out well.
