  1. Here is a photo of the back of the helm, the pin and the 1x1 brick. The pin goes into the helm and the 1x1. The 1x1 goes onto the first stud on the Ogre's back. Hope this helps.
  2. I have to agree there. The tiles look like they would be useful in lots of ways.
  3. Now that was funny. I wonder if he knew something was up or not.
  4. The website does not list a price either. They also admit it is not really available right now. Cost will play a big factor in my interest.
  5. Me as well. I used the colors to "organize" my group. I did not see them as seperate factions. And to be fair, at that time I did nto really understand the whole cold war dynamic that I do now as an adult.
  6. Great job in combining the MOCs and the story. The poses and the overall feel really work. I am looking forward to the next chapter.
  7. Well done on these. Some good work here.
  8. Wonderful find. You were blessed.
  9. I believe you captured both the feel and scale of the beast. Well done in my opinion.
  10. I am glad you put this design into real bricks. Well done. Too bad you could not keep it around for longer. I look forward to seeing more of your work.
  11. While I understand the point you are trying to make, I have to respectfuly disagree that the "trick" is to not care. Sense I have seen how their judgement has stood in the way of a job promotion or other opportunity for those who the main stream think is abnormal, I will keep my personal life to myself. It is hard enough to move forward without the added "did you know he still plays with toys." kind of inter-office gossip.
  12. Here are a couple fo Ogres I built using various ideas both from the internet and of my own.
  13. Oh my, I am in love with this MOC. This is wonderful. I can not tell you how impressed I am with her. You have every reason to be proud.
  14. This is a nice MOc castle de Gothia. Well done. I love the details you added to it. Good Job.
  15. I like this outpost. I really like the "vines" and the way you made the look fit into the current theme color wise. Well Done.
  16. This wagon is very creative and adds a nice touch to your village. Good Work.
  17. I just picked up thirty of the old Lego Orcs. Was a good find.
  18. It took a while but I worked my way through this thread. Some wonderful armies shown here. I only own a small number of battle droids given to me by my son. Not worth posting. But thanks to those who have great stuff and shared.
  19. I have a seven year old son, so I have two Lego lives. 1) Son and Dad. In this life I end up buying and "playing" with almost all the themes at least a little. Star Wars, City, PotC, PoP, Kingdoms, Ninjago etc. and 2) My own collection. This life is almost 100% focused on the various Castle lines. I say almost because Son has given Dad a few Star Wars sets.
  20. To give the simple answer, I am not. There are a few people who know, but not many. I just do not want to deal with the judgement.
  21. For me, I go to a particular store for an item, but I always end up looking around and buying more then I planned at first.
  22. To be honest, I do not know why anyone would want to be a mod. I have been a mod and an admin on a few forums and it is work. Sometimes the SPAM guys break through the firewall or some members get into a fight and you are spending your time cleaning up the mess. I respect and appreciate those who are Mods, but I would wonder at someone who really wants it.
  23. This is good news. I would like to change mine at some point to reflect the name I use in all other Lego related forums and sites. Thanks.
  24. Nice, looks like a collection from a mix of armies/eras and that works well with the undead. Good Job.
  25. Nice army, love the bone in the helm. Nice touch. Good Job.
