    Haven't posted in a while but… 1. I'm still active. I haven't posted much lately, but I still check the guilds at least weekly. Hopefully I'll have more time to be active in the near future. 2. Working on a build for task 4 actually, it's just been taking a long time... 3. Most all of my builds were on my Photobucket account, but I've been transitioning over to Fickr, so that's where I'll be posting them from now on. 4. I've only completed Task 1, even though I've been around for a while… Gonna fix that soon. I've also done the drow challenge, as well as Book II - Challenges II, III, and IV… I think.

    Very nice build! Building cottages/small buildings with much detail can be hard, but you've done an excellent job here!

    I must be tired, because I totally read this as "Receiving a Massage"…. I was like, "so she likes minotaurs…. whatever does it for you I guess"… Anywayyyyy, nice build! I agree with others that the half stud offset is really nice, I'm gonna have to try that sometime!

    Very nice job with the half frozen tower - having the Algus 'build' on a ruined tower is a very cool idea!

    Sweet build! Love the door technique, I'm gonna have to find a way to use that. The integration of those decorative pieces on the door is really nice as well.

    I apologize that this isn't exactly on topic, but rather than start a new topic…. Has anyone tried using the ultron head piece (here) as a viking helm? I'm curious how it would work, if anyone has one that they could show. With a lack of any new pieces to use for dark ages/viking mocs, I'm trying to find alternatives...

    Indeed. I've just been getting back into the swing of things with college, along with other things, so I haven't had much time to spend building/commenting etc. I'm still around though - just because I don't post doesn't mean I don't regularly check GoH! Hopefully in the next couple of weeks me, along with others, will have more time for the great lands of Historica!

    Hmm, based on the poster i've seen, it looks like the nexo knights are very much like the knights in KKII, in that they each have different colors and animal insignias. The one is definitely a black falcon copy.

    Hmm, it reminds me a lot of the KKII design, though it looks a little more sci-fi esque. The sword in particular looks like the ones used by the large action figures such as the one here. I actually wouldn't mind it if they did a similar theme to KKII if it had interesting/more realistic characters, but it looks like it might be a lot more steampunk/scifi… I guess we'll see soon.

    Looks like a neat challenge, hopefully I'll be able to make an entry. September 15 is still pretty far away… plenty of time to procrastinate.

    Very nice! That is probably the best custom Gondor helm that I've seen so far, looks just like the ones in the game.

    Cool wagon, the white canvas cover technique is very nice. Including the sign post with the Kaliphlin/Nocturnus colors was a nice little detail as well!

    Or 'The Big Bang Theory', as per the recent set?…. Though the 2016 date would't really make sense with that.

    Umm… I'm afraid that you aren't allowed to start new guilds. The 4 currently active guilds, Avalonia, Mitgardia, Kaliphlin, and Nocturnus, are created by the Guilds of Historica leaders (I believe those are Rouge Angel, Ecclesiates, SkaForHire, and Zcerberus), and are the only guilds that make up Historica. There is also the guild of Valyrio, but it isn't open for joining at the moment. I'd recommend reading a bit more lore and history here; you can join any of the 4 active guilds though. I suppose if you really want to you could talk to one of the Historica leaders about adding another guild, but I doubt they'd add one, as Historica has already been as it is for several years, and it wouldn't make sense to change it now.

    Very nice job here, the mix of asian and middle eastern architecture is perfect; you've blended them very nicely!

    Nice build - I've really enjoyed all of your micro scale builds during this challenge! The golden handles as the gate look great, as do the ships.
