  1. If you see something that you don't think complies with EB's Member Guidelines (and texting shorthand is one of those), then please use the Report button. There's nothing wrong with helping a member out with small corrections here and there, but posting just to say, "I've tutored you; you're welcome," doesn't read with the best of tones (and I know you threw the wink in at the end)...although, part of that could just be a language difference; to me, an American, 'tutor' has a somewhat negative connotation, implying someone who is hired to teach someone else who is struggling in something; I understand that elsewhere it could just refer to a university teacher...Anyways, point is: if you see another member doing something such as grammar incorrectly, then you could send them a (friendly) PM with a helpful suggestion, and in both that case and in the case that you think their behavior is against the rules, then you should use the Report button. There's no need to post in public just to mini-mod. Thanks!
  2. OoC: Sorry to make another correction — and not that I really think it'll matter in this battle — but since I had the Aura, that would've doubled my HP to 132, then I took the 8 Damage from Free Hits last Round and 8 more this Round, and then when the Aura fades, Warden gets to keep any extra HP not exceeding the maximum HP, so I should be back to the full 66 HP. "Back to the first-round strategy: Johon, you've still got Archer A; Miss Uq, you and I shall attack Dryads, but you should switch targets with me since Dryad A is already Blinded." I attack Dryad B from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. Order of Actions: Johon Bartholomew Docken Namyrra Uq
  3. OoC: I should've taken all the Damage and effects due to Aura.
  4. "Everyone take a Dryad." I attack Dryad A from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. Order of Actions: Bartholomew Docken Johon Namyrra Uq
  5. "It doesn’t matter where you are in the depth of space and time, there is one thing you’ll always need: a home to come back to." Our Sci-Fi Regulator Bob De Quatre has announced a new contest: build a home for your favorite sci-fi theme, in one of two size categories. There are three prizes up for grabs, including a copy of 70816 Benny’s Spaceship, Spaceship, SPACESHIP!. Read the details over in the Sci-Fi Forum.

  7. I don't see anything different. Try clearing your cache. Are you using IE?
  8. We won't really know for a few weeks. Usually FBTB has a list of what's on sale a week or so before the sale.
  9. Haven't we seen from S@H that the Sandcrawler is going to be a late April/early May release? I haven't followed exclusives from other themes, but I assume the set listed on the calendar on the 17th is not an SW set.
  10. If posts on EB during past sales are any indication, they can run out of the promo minifigs pretty quickly. In all likelihood, they'll sell more than enough LEGO — at least over S@H — to give away all the minifigs anyways, and the limitation makes sense in the interests of making sure plenty of people can get them.
  11. "As usual, let's leave the Healers for last, and we should probably avoid the Cheshire Cat as well." I attack Dryad A from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. "Master Johon, since yours is a melee attack, I think you should avoid the Dryads and attack one of the Archers. Miss Uq, I don't think you should have any trouble with the Dryads. "Assuming those actions, Free Hits will be Archer, Healer, and Cheshire Cat to the first hero, Archer, Healer, and Dryad to the second, and an Archer and a Healer to the third. Master Johon, I'll have you go first so that you can use the Iris Shield against the Cheshire Cat." Order of Actions: Johon Bartholomew Docken Namyrra Uq
  12. Welcome to EB. As this is a "What should I buy?" topic, I've moved its contents over to General LEGO Star Wars Questions.
  13. Accepting the Death challenge, we head to the Apple Orchard.
  14. The current Fields party is already quite strong; let's see where everyone is when we get out first. But yes, Guardian Knight Hoke sounds good for an über tank party.
  15. "Shall we use Death at the Apple Orchard?"
  16. OoC: Before we choose a handicap, JimB, can we use a handicap in more than one battle, and can we use more than one handicap during a battle? The wording makes it sound like we can only use one at a time.
  17. "Good to see you again, Miss Uq." "My vote is for the Apple Orchard; the loot there tends to be more useful than that of the Corn Maze — although of course there's no way of knowing for sure what enemies the Voice in the Sky will send at us." OoC: If there are no objections, JimB, I'd like to lead the party.
  18. OoC: Oh, that makes sense as well. So, get to the Sanctuary, then hit all the Mediocre areas, for starters? We can figure out where to go after that when we get there; it should be a couple months anyways. And if we run out of consumables, we can always come back to the Easy areas.
  19. "We should definitely use Death while we still have the easier areas to go through; I don't want to use Death in later areas when it's more important to be able to prioritize and take out certain enemies quickly. Overdose sounds good as well. "Let's clear out the easier areas first to gain XP and consumables before heading to the harder areas."
  20. "I suggest we take the typical initial path, to the Apple Orchard and then to the Butterfly Plains en route to the sanctuary." "Master Johon, I recommend you borrow this during our time in the Fields:" I hand Johon my Iris Shield.
  21. Aww, no quadruple tank Fields party...
