There's a difference between doubting lynch suspects and avoiding a lynch. When the Town doubts that any of the suspects are Scum, the Scum have an opportunity to control the lynch if they can convince the doubting Townies to believe the Scum's reasoning. (as opposed to Townies confident in their suspects, who won't be convinced so easily)Are you being sarcastic when you call not voting fantastic, or are you being sarcastic when you say that you would bring up not voting if you wanted us to doubt lynches? If it's the former, I want to point out that suggesting that we not vote is so obvious. It draws a lot of attention, in my opinion.

It leads people in circles, distracts them, and can cause people to overthink motives. Where motives are concerned, it's really up to the observers to decide if someone is acting like a Townie or just doing a good job of faking it, (or acting like a Scum or just being an inexperienced Townie) so for accusers to use the circular reasoning of WIFOM is distracting to the observers and not really useful.

To be nitpicky, the word 'vague' was fine. It means, "Of uncertain, indefinite, or unclear character or meaning: 'patients with vague symptoms'." The problem was that you used the word to describe the note itself, which meant that you thought that Yasu's statement was vague. (and that doesn't make sense, since for the most part that statement was composed of facts - she told us that she would be asleep and told us what she wanted us not to do) You should have said, "Emi brought up a statement that's vaguely suspicious," or something like that.I'm done correcting your modifiers, now. Bad me, making a mostly irrelevant statement that's distracting. The use of the word 'vague' correct or incorrect, doesn't change the fact that you still seemed to try to convince us that it was a good reason for a lynch. But I do have to agree with you in that no one was really that suspicious of Yasu at the time. What really sealed her fate was her 'defense', to come later. What does worry me is your statement that nothing on Day 1 is concrete. That's incorrect. Concrete evidence is just rare on Day 1. That statement seems to me like you might have been trying to make us doubt any lynch made Yesterday, and the Scum profit the most from doubt.

Lovely work on the banner, guys. (Hinck's work?) I especially love the Architecture-themed EB logo with the path of the stars traced out.

I attack Foul Wyvern from the Back Row. -
Please, we can go on for ages without accomplishing anything with that kind of circular logic. (it's also the Wine in Front of Me Scum Tell) It was a bandwagon, so there weren't many, but there was Lizzy... That did seem rather strange, though I didn't think much of it at the moment. Bigger fish to fry and all that. Looking back, she does seem to try to convince us that it's not a reason for lynching, saying there's nothing concrete on Day 1. (which is incorrect; concrete evidence is just very rare on Day 1)

The question in my mind, though, is, what was the point of saying it? If it was merely roleplaying acting, there would be no reason for her to say that that was why she wouldn't be active. She could have just said that she should swallow to avoid talking with her mouth full, or something. Did she fear being called out for inactivity? And, if so, why? For the same reasons as Yasu? I doubt the Scum would make that mistake twice in a row, but...There was no reason for her to justify her inactivity, and to me it's clear that her statement went beyond acting.
-
Okay, here we go, a proper presentation of my current (strongest) suspicions: Firstly, this is agreement with someone else. Secondly, it's a really bad excuse for not being active. (don't talk with your mouth full? Seriously? ) Again, this is agreement with someone else. It's also Information Instead of Analysis. The number of Scum and the significance of the genies was at that point (and still isn't right now) irrelevant. We don't need to know how many Scum there are at the beginning of the situation. Speculating about the setup looks helpful, but it's nothing more than useless and distracting. This is also an agreement with someone else. And again, agreement with someone else. And jumping on another accusation of another player. My accusation of Maniko was frustration and displeasure with the amount of acting she was doing, and on its own was not reason for a lynch. Even though I still consider Mankio a suspect, the case I made against her was not nearly as strong as the cases against Yasu or Shiro. So, Lizzy is doing no reasoning of her own. She's continued a distracting, useless conversation, made a bad excuse for inactivity (which, like Yasu, she was not being accused or suspected for), and seems too eager to agree with whoever brings forth an accusation. Sheep, Scum, or both?
-
Suspicious, partially, but I don't think defense of someone we now know to be a Scum that early is not grounds for lynching on its own. At that point in the Day, Yasu had yet to post her highly suspicious 'defense' and I myself wasn't that confident that she was Scum and not a paranoid and/or inexperienced Townie. It could be something to consider if anything else comes up against Isamu, but on its own... Oops, unintentional double negative. I meant to say, "I don't think defense of someone we now know to be a Scum that early is grounds for lynching on its own."
-
Do we have to go through this again? We're a team. In my eyes, you both seem like Townies right now, so let's not give the Scum a chance to divide the Town and make this argument the focus of the Day. I've presented my main suspicion, and I'm sure there are others with suspicions of their own. That should be our focus. The Scum would like nothing more than to distract us, and this argument that probably won't lead us to a lynch (both of you say that you don't plan to lynch each other right now) is only making their job easier.
-
You don't have to apologize. I'm the QM. This makes my job (making the Quest as difficult as possible) so much easier! And to clarify, the Healing Staff is melee, not ranged, right?

I think you might be trying to find too many clues in the retelling of last Night's events.

It's good to know the gamble we took paid off. I am disappointed that we lost Lloyd Jr. before he even had a real chance to interact with us. MegaBlokin' metagaming Scum. I do have a couple suspicions remaining from Yesterday, notably Lizzy, who seemed to jump on whatever latest accusation there was. (first Yasu, then Shiro, then Maniko, agreeing with three different people in all four of her posts) I'll have to check my spreadsheet notes later, when I'm not on a mobile device half awake.

[MOC] Qui-Gon Jinn's Lightsaber (LDD sculpture)

It's certainly recognizable with that distinctive shape. The casing seems a little blocky, but, at the same time, the model has a sort of blocky LEGO charm to it. Nice work, Flipz. -

You build a campfire and set eggs to burn in it. The fumes begin to spread to a small area around the fire, and a pillar of smoke rises into the sky. -

Never read that series (and from what I hear, thank goodness for that), but Fate of the Jedi's 'romance' is some teasing, conflicting emotions, and crying, with a secret Sith journal thrown in for good measure. And Ben is sixteen, I think. Oh, and the writers decided to continue the Jaina-Jag thing at the same time.

But outside of battle, you could just keep Hitting someone over and over and over... No, it means that I like to give Lion men names based on 'Lion Knight'. Leonard Kniveton, Lawrence Comayne*, Luke, and Lewis Knyghton. *changed that one up a bit with the hard 'c', but same general idea.

You notice movement to the south.QM Note: No, it means that I wanted an element that would fit in with Luke's personality (Holy, not violent) and couldn't do a lot of Damage to whatever enemies you'd be facing. GM Note:No, yours is a case of multiple battles. I just mentioned the auto-battles because they're not being run for the same reason. Sorry, should've made that clearer.

LDD is it just me or.....
Brickdoctor replied to Kazz's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Probably because the attachment of the wheels to the metal axle is not a standard connection, so TLG doesn't want to encourage people using them separately from the bracket. -
Does the Healing Staff use Ether? Based on a reply in the the Marketplace that quoted the original post (for once, thank goodness for an unnecessary quote ), it doesn't appear to, but outside of battle, it's like instant, unlimited, free HP.

I just looked and searching for '74784' does bring up that piece; albeit as a complete assembly, as opposed to part 2878 which BL says is just the bracket to hold the wheels. (not that there are many uses for it other than to hold wheels, but...) -
