Not fair. You took out my target before I could Damage it. Ah, well, I'll just sit here and do nothing. OOC: I should be at 30/30 HP, right? -

I'll be fine, thanks. -
You can't even remember what the name is? So someone refutes your statement, and instead of discussing or arguing your view, you decide to just say that you still believe in what you said? We aren't going to get anywhere that way. You're saying that you're a Vanilla Townie because your definition of Vanilla Townie is different from everyone else's. That's just like saying that you aren't acting scummy because your definition of scummy is different from everyone else. Also, no matter how little time you have, I don't see why a Townie wouldn't try to put up a defense first that didn't require a threat and a role claim. Seems like a rather desperate attempt to me. I Unvote: Lizzy (Capt. Redblade) and Vote: Cherry Blossom (White Fang).

Heroica RPG - Quest #17: The Lion's Share
Brickdoctor replied to Brickdoctor's topic in The Heroica Archive
QM Note:Technically, it would take 4 Turns, moving to the ground floor, then to the West Wall, then to the South-West Tower, then attacking. It would unrealistic to assume that you are already on the second floor of the West Wall, having retrieved your dagger, and I would be willing to play it that way, but it would still take 3 Turns. (to the South-West Tower, then to the ground floor, then attacking) You could always throw your dagger if you really want to attack this Turn, but then it'll take 3 Turns to retrieve it. -

QM Note: I have some time now and it's been more than twenty-four hours, so I'm going to assume that Arasmyth (Kadabra) attacks again with the Hwacha. Results of Round Twenty of the Battle for Bric'Bay Fort: >Althior Emorith vs. Elven Warlock C - Miss Spag Bitterstalk vs. Pike-elf A - Hit >Luke heals William Harkenshire - Heal >William Harkenshire vs. Elven Elite B - Special Damage Xander Unth'or vs. Elven Warlock A - Extra Critical Hit >Arthur Justus Regulus VII does nothing. Arasmyth RuGard (Hiyaaaaaa Hwacha) vs. elves to the south - Critical Hit Althior, Finnegan continues to nag and annoy you, and you Miss. Spag, you whack Pike-elf A on the shoulder for 7 Damage, and he collapses. Luke, you focus and Heal William, restoring all of his Health. Willaim, though bolstered by your new strength, you can't stop Elite B from Taking Cover and Returning Fire. Xander, ready to finish this, you give a mighty grunt and swing your club, crushing through ribs and sternum as you end Warlock A's life at 35 Damage. Arthur, you watch with your mouth agape at this demonstration of sheer power, and do nothing. Isabella, with nothing better to do, you retrieve your Golden Dagger. Count Lewis, you finally get in close enough to do some work on the Slice N Dice, restoring all of its Health. Alexandre, you see things are under control, so you take a minute to regroup mentally, surveying the battle around you. Arasmyth, you fire the Hwacha again, and its arrows tear through the elven ranks. "Sir, we're on the verge of victory! The Hwacha is dropping elves left and right." Yakuza Family - Confirmation and Discussion
Brickdoctor replied to badboytje88's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Actually, it's quite common. -
Nothing against you, but I just want to point out that (as you yourself said, it's not based on much) there wasn't really much in your theory to refute. Ichirou accused Chieko and Momoe of being Scum, he died a Townie, and Momoe died as Scum. That does make it worth keeping an eye on Chieko, I'll grant you that, but it doesn't mean we should be lynching her. It wouldn't be that unreasonable for Ichirou to have been wrong. In fact, being right about one of two suspects is quite a good ratio, and if the Town always lynched a Townie for every Scum they lynched, they'd still easily win. There's really nothing for Chieko to refute. Okay, so Ichirou was a Townie and accused her. She can't change that, and I'm sure we all know that it's very possible that Ichirou was wrong.
-
I know him, but all I remember about him is, "Blblblblblblblblblblblblblblblblbl!"
-
For reasons I have already stated, I Vote: Lizzy (Capt. Redblade).
-
Nice job ignoring the other half of my repeated statements. On that note, I don't think it will come as any surprise that I still suggest we lynch Lizzy. She hasn't helped at all. The most she's done is throw out a bunch of possible statistics about number of Scum, in a statement where she basically said, "these could be accurate numbers, but they could not be, and I really don't know". Besides, anyone worth their salt should be able to make an educated guess as to number of Scum, and it's not as if we need someone to try to look helpful by verbosely laying out what we're thinking in the back of our heads. When accused of acting scummy, her defense boiled down to, "I'm not acting scummy because I think that being a useless sheep isn't scummy and that since my definition of 'scummy' is different from yours, I'm not scummy."
-
I never said I would give info. I also said that "it has not been the only thing I've done Today", not, 'I will change my actions by trying to act like a Townie when told what a Townie should do and give you information'.
-
Okay, that was information I didn't know. I merely knew that she was a Mason who claimed Jester. This information does make her actions make more sense. My apologies, I was just explaining my initial response of disdain upon the revelation of her allegiance, and it has not been the only thing I've done Today.

How can I animate Trains in LDD 4.2?
Brickdoctor replied to Squ1DDoS's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
In LDD 1 (and maybe 2), I remember you could animate the trains. Unfortunately, in LDD 4, the only way to animate something is to do stop-motion screenshots to create the illusion of animation. -
Absolutely perfect. Sorry, he's taken.

Heroica RPG - Quest#14: The Family Recipe

I feel guilty for taking so much good loot. First the shield, then the Mythril, now the bow. Can I offer any of you some Deadly Venom? I loan my Mockthril Longbow to Hoptet. -
Not make Scum waste Night Actions on her? I would think that if she had a power role and the Scum targeted her, the action wouldn't be wasted (from the Scum point-of-view), and if she didn't have a power role, then she would want the Scum to waste actions on her if she was really being a selfless Townie.
-
Might I add that this will in no way be effective, as I am sure everyone would/should have suspected Tamiko after her behaviour. And I think only the people in the main circle would not suspect her. Hell, if we had no higher priority targets, I would gladly have lead the lynch on her myself, even only for annoying behaviour. But fact is that there were better targets, and rightfully so. Um... that was pretty much my entire point. Tamiko's behaviour was too scummy to not suspect, even if we now know she was loyal. Is it possible that our honoured grandmother is starting to go senile? No, but it's very possible that you just made a completely useless statement. You say you knew that looking at who voted for Tamiko wouldn't be a reliable method, yet you decided to suggest it anyways - and then say that it shouldn't be done in the same statement, making a statement that looks useful but really accomplishes nothing.

Brickdoctor replied to Brickdoctor's topic in The Heroica Archive
QM Note:Do you want to retrieve your dagger or attack with the sword? -
So, Tamiko was a Mason who claimed Jester? Wow. That's...incredibly selfish. To cause confusion and distraction to avoid being killed when you're not threatened and you're a Townie anyways? On a positive note, last Night is proof that the Agents and the Mutineers haven't yet established trust or communication with each other.

QM Note: JimB has alerted me to the fact that the Scroll of Sealing does not cast the Sealed effect, but prevents the enemy from using his Special for 3 Rounds, so it's effective against all the elves. I'll replay that part of the last Round if you want me to, but I think you'll all agree that the Hwacha is a lot more effective.
