I can always swap them out. The Marksman's Hats are only useful against certain enemies, anyways, and if I'm trying to insta-kill an enemy, chances are that the Dread Hat isn't effective.

"An elven monk named Brother Silent asked us to tell you that he was staying at the Winking Gargoyle." "Artifacts? I'm always interested in those. Very well, Master Hinckwell."I hand Lyflin 20 Gold. -

"Good day, sir. I am Bartholomew Docken, and my fellow heroes are Miss Jess Islanti, Master Haldor Skovgaard, Master En Sabah Nur, and Lord Lawrence Boomingham. We'd like to know what competitions you have planned and what prizes are being offered." I turn to the shorter man. "Excuse me, are you Master Raphael, a Druid?" -

"I think we'll check out that archery contest. The Voice in the Sky is giving us the option, so maybe there will be an important NPC there. Could you point us in the right direction?" -
Somewhere in the seas other than near the Free Islands. If it's not specified, you can flesh it out yourself. (within reason, of course)
-
Ah, okay, I skimmed that and read "Hinckwell pirates".In any case, Sandy has also said that for now, there are no pirates in the seas around Uland.
-
Story-wise, Sandy has said before that even though they're arch-rivals, the Hinckwells and Shadeaux never go out and explicitly attack each other. If there's going to be a conflict between the two, it has to be a sneaky sort of thing, and there can't be any conclusive evidence as far as the general public (in-universe) is concerned that they were ever behind their efforts to sabotage each other's efforts.

I think the Mini TIE was supposed to be any Star Wars purchase, with no minimum amount spent.

The ability to lynch George Lucas is insignificant next to the power of the Force. -
I think 500 Gold and some other item per hero is a bit much, no matter how difficult the quest might be.

Heroica RPG - Quest #31: Lions and Lambs

QM Note: Things are getting a little busy there, so I added a reddish tint to hexes occupied by enemy units. I hope that that helps make things a little clearer. "So how do we know if he's scum or dumb? Do we look at his appearance?" "The Voice in the Sky's smarter than that. If this were a well-hosted mafia game, which of us, based on appearance, is more likely to be Scum? "Cut the chatter, boys; we've got cultists to the west." I usually look at how much HP the average hero has and how much Damage the average hero can do (in my party), and then I sort of eyeball the stats when I make the first battle. Based on each battle, I re-adjust the stats for the upcoming battles.

Agreed. Decapitation is for PT fans. -
Then everybody would just rely on Rogues instead of using Smoke Bombs, and QMs would be unable to balance a harder battle.

Thanks for testing it. I guess they just want to encourage people to buy more Star Wars, but reward anyone who buys. Well, if they are doing it this way again, it'll probably be Kingdoms Joust and the Endor BP for me.

QM Note: I apologize for not updating this last night; I didn't notice that all the actions were in. You listen to your troops. "Did you guys hear about the guy who tried to eat the Teuthisal? Talk about disrespect." "I know, right? And then he started vomiting all over." "Seriously? Everyone is Dastan knows that you can't eat raw Teuthisal meat. How could he not know that? And I thought heroes were supposed to be the good and respectful type." "Scum or dumb; scum or dumb." You urge the troops farther into the mists, circling the mountains. "Sir!
