  1. Is an interesting mechanic challenge, would it work to use 1 motor for each pair of legs on one side and slow it down to make the turn?.

  3. Achuyman I haven´t got any problem with the tatra. It was difficult but the steering is always aligned, even when the suspension works the most, when I dismantle it I'll take pictures of the inside. Waler thanks for the advice, usually when I finish the mechanics I don´t bother much in the aesthetics because is so boring but it is my fault .
  4. Another rare example is the pinzgauer, it uses portal and tatra axles .

  9. Very nice truck, the new 42000 hubs can help you to improve the steering axle .
  10. I try with red too... anyway the cab isn´t finished yet, I think it has to be 1 or 2 studs longer. The back will be grey with 8110 panels and will have red or black connectors.

  12. You are right, the 10x10 was too easy and big I preffer to continue with the 8x8.
  13. The small turntable is a good solution to eliminate pressure from the drive shaft, it was the first thing I thought when they went on sale these parts.

  15. No I can´t do that... look at the picture and think about it, (credit go to me ), work in small places makes you think a lot.

The problem with the links is difficult to repair, the truck is 11 studs between the wheels and each link is 6 studs... the only possible position is the first in the picture for the wheels are perfectly aligned when the suspension works. Of course the skipping gears will be repaired. I don´t undestand you the last part, I'm using this technique and I don´t see where you can improve it.

A small price to pay for a perfect steering geometry, I have seen very few Tatra MOCs that don´t move the suspension and steering at the same time to be very difficult to isolate from one another, I try to get this on all my Tatras, none of them change the steering angle of the wheels when the suspension works.
