Nice new and original concept you got there...!!! I'm really enthusiastic about this build. And i never thought of putting flowers like the way you did it....that is so nice!!! Great work!!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

Thanks Grogall, those pictures express power!!! I would like to put a total of 6 motors in my 3 Maersk engines....that would also give a lot of pulling strength!!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

Cool you were in Denmark....will definately visit Legoland when my son is somewhat older..!!!

Your collection is grwoing, Jon, looks really good!!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

You will need some extra containers then, because in three sets, there are only 9 containers. I used 20 containers for the 4 meter long Maersk.... Maybe Ebay offers some? Greetz and have fun building the sets!!! LegoSjaak

Elroy, that circus train of yours is a very original idea, i like it!! Hi Swiss Legofan, do you have any date considering length of your 'entry' ? Its a great train!!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

Those are so cool... have seen your creations before.. hope you have a job in contructing or designing..... Greetz and thanks, LegoSjaak

That ICE3 is awesome, and in this case the length does the train a lot good! Last summer i travelled with an ICE train in German. It is really cool to be faster than 300 km /hour, although only your ears notice the differences in pressure.... But, very cool trains, i already saw them on youtube before!!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

Nice idea... i love food and the Emerald Night as well, so one of those kitchen-cars would be a nice addition to my Emerald Night, haha!!

I love your style and the use of colors!!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

That is a cool one.. i like how you modified the passengercars into cargocars..... Does it have 2 motors? I never showed my trains in real life...only on Flickr and YouTube.. What do you think of showing them on an exhibit or public show? Greetz, LegoSjaak

I forgot to post my 7938 Passengertrain here.. It is 1.78 meters long, so it is not my longest... Greetz, LegoSjaak Hello everyone, it seems that there are more and more members wanting to show their long trains... keep thoes pictures coming!! Here is my 7939 Cargotrain including a red version of the yellow 7939 Engine. It has 6 red containercars and 5 Octancars.. This 7939 train makes the total length of 5 of my longest trains (7939, 7939, 3677, 10194 and 10219) over 12 meters of train. Greetz, LegoSjaak Love the nose of your Super Chief!!!!

For the Maersktrain i bought 6 sets, and sold the trucks, 3 engines and some empty cars... i also got VIP points ofcourse and together wit selling the free extras like the Tote-bag and the Hulk Minifig, the extra cars and containers were not too expensive... Most of the other cars from the emerald night and the 3677 i bought via a marketplace on the internet. I actually forgot to post my long 7938 as well...haha... Greetz, LegoSjaak Oh yeah, great...guys, have a look at ZueriHB's video...cool!!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

I really want to try to make a building like yours once, but i have never even built one of the modular sets....so, i do not now what technique is used in floor design etcetera.... I do have 5 sets from the 4954 TownHouse so i could use a lot of parts from that one i guess.... Till that time... i'll be SO jealous on your skills and your creation!! It is wonderfull!! Greetz, LegoSjaak

Hi there, wouldn't it be nice to see some pictures of members of EB here from long Legotrains. Although it is difficult to make really nice pictures of long trains, it might be worth to give it a try! Here some examples of my own trains.. i like multiples of the cars, as you can see... Here a 2.50 meters long 3677 Red cargotrain.... Here a 1.40 meters long (..or short...) 10194 Emerald Night Here a 4.00 meters long 10219 Maersk train... Here a 1.80 meters long 7938 Passengertrain. Here a 3.05 meters long 7939 Cargotrain. Total 12.75 meters of train... Hope to see long trains!!!!

Besides the 4.00 meter long Maersktrain i have also a 1.40 meter long 10194 Emerald Night and a 2.50 meter long 3677 Red cargotrain...here some pictures... Greetz, LegoSjaak

[Review] 4437 - Police Pursuit (Forest Police)
LegoSjaak replied to lego_legis_legere's topic in LEGO Town
I bought this set almost immediately after it was available. I'm really fond of the offroad truck... it is big and its design is very good. Hardly anything drops off, only that bracket on top of the truck, with the lights.. I also like the other offroaders, like the one that came with the Fire-helicopter set 7206 and the the truck from Horsetransport 7635....Not to mention the dirtbike transport 4433. But, this 4437 offroader is the best IMO also due to its color!! Greetz, LegoSjaak -
I predict that it will be a scrooge-like family house with scenery, so it will look cosey and warm!

First i thought..well..that is just another 3221 truck in red instead of yellow...but furtheron you show us some real nice models and designs. The red/white truck is the one i like the most.. That is also because this one has mudguards on the last two axes... This gives the rear part of the truck extra body... i like that!! Thanks for showing us your creations/MOD's !! Greetz, LegoSjaak

Sorry for that... meanwhile a made a better video. Here it is: Link to 4 meter long Maersk train YouTube

Amazing details...wonderfull!!!! -
Hi legotrainfan, the last video shows the Maersktrain with 3 engines. All 3 engines are motorized.. Those 10 cars can be pulled by 2 Engines, but an extra motorized Engine is almost needed. I tried to put an extra Engine in front of the train without a motor, but that was to heavy for only 2 motors.... so that is why i motorized the third one as well. It also depends on your layout... if i put the train in my layout, i doubt it, wether it would run well.. On the track in my livingroom, it easily pulls the 10 cars... because there are no tight curves and there are a lot of straight pieces of track.... So, in fact, just try and you will find out... but even trying is nice, with such a train...!! Greetz, LegoSjaak
