Got revan in-store. So that's still one alternative if you have a store close by. Edit: IL US ~1130AM.
-
Sometimes they go up as backordered before they are in-stock. I wouldn't worry. They are still showing up as Out of Stock for me though.
-
Let us know if that is true. That would be a welcome surprise. Although I hope they will make the RO sets live with the promotion if it is true.
-
Nope. They are not up yet in US/Canada
-
I am sorely disappointed that the Revan is already gone-- the RO sets aren't even up yet! Guess I will try a B&M store and hope they still have some.
-
^back in stock where? S@H still shows it Temporarily Out of Stock for me.
-
I am very pleased to see double VIP points return, especially coinciding with the RO set release, but I am disappointed in that I was planning a couple of major set purchases this week, with the September releases, which I will now put on hold for a month. :(
-
Is there a rumored or confirmed release date for the RO sets?

Maybe I missed it, but was the Hermione pack ever confirmed? I saw the tweet but not the supposed follow up from SDCC.- 527 replies

Got 75105 from Amazon Warehouse for $65. Was worried it was going to be incomplete or something else entirely. It was in pristine condition, except a banged up corner on the box.
-
Are the bricks actually warping, or just separating? Can you rebuild it? I would be interested to see pictures as well.
-
I am still very excited about this set, and while I am disappointed that they basically split the building in half, I am sure that it will be a fun one to mod to be more accurate.
-
This. Precisely. They have to know that this set is similar in style and price point to the old one. They are not counting on the AFOL community to drive sales here. They are counting on the fact the old version continued to have strong sales years after it was released. For those of you who are getting another chance at the Death Star-- Go for it! It is an awesome set! I know that I won't be in for this one, but its not a bad set, al la the Hoth base earlier this year. It is just one I already own. Plenty of happy kids will get this under their christmas trees or in birthday presents, and I for one am glad of it. (Now if this were Hasbro... that is another story)

I would lay odds on tomorrow (so, a couple of hours?), given that the S@H street date is tomorrow.
-
^ what he said. Parts per dollar is so much better here.

For a 900+ piece licensed set $90 is amazing! I'm actually excited about this one.

Reddit gold worthy. I actually really like the set, and am excited about the long overdue update. I tried to modify the Rebels TIE Advanced, like a number of others, but it never quite looked right. I am sure I will futz with this set as well, but of the 2016 SW sets, I think this is one that I am quite excited to get.

Has anyone seen anything more about a release date for the US Capitol Building or Buckingham Palace? I feel like this line slipped under the radar.
-
Thanks for the review, WhiteFang. With the double points promotion, I finally pulled the trigger on this one. Very excited to build it this week.
-
So thrilled about the US Capitol Building. That announcement made my week, and it actually looks really good. Very very excited-- I hope we'll see it in the April/May window.
-
Even if it were a hood, it's probably just a placeholder. These are preliminary/internal "confidential" images. They're not going to be the final boxes. Calm down, lol.

May and September seem to be the most common Star Wars UCS release dates. That said, Lego has released some as early as January (Slave One) and some as late as November (B-Wing)
-
Certainly seems true. That's kind of what I wondered in regards to the Starkiller base-- if we were getting a ~$200 set that is similar to like a Helms Deep or less advanced build Ewok Village thing. I suspect it will be substantially similar to an Ewok village style build. But I'm okay with that. That was a great display/playset.

I guess I can buy that then. Thanks Legoman123
