  1. Polka-Dot Man. Oh wow. I kind of love, how they dig up those absolutely ridiculous, silly villains. Now is only Penny Plunderer missing. <3 Great, that they kind of don't take the Batman universe too serious and have a nod to all those silly guys. Although many of the kids might never heard of those. And to be fair, it is better that way. :P
  2. Got my Exaclibur-Batman set today, and I love that guy. The silver hood and bodyarmor, and the printings are great. I like, how he wears a split color sheme for his suit beneath his armor. The mask in particular somehow reminds me of the Hound's helmet in GoT, making it a very unusual, recognizable helmet. Nice "Knight Batman" and a worthy addition to my collection. Although I might change his sword to a regular longsword, like the one used for scottish Batman.
  3. Hm... Interesting. So far, they seem, to have only appeared on several asian events... Hope we will get one as well. It is kind of a mini batcave playset, to carry around? You just can not have enough batman suits. :P
  4. I was not a fan of it at all, at the first glance. Because many figures just are too silly, and Lego seemingly increased the price for minifigures again, now to 3.99. But after I got some gifted for my birthday, including fairy batman, I really got more in touch with it. There still are some, like Joker and Vacation Natman, I still don't like that much, but an overall interesting series with lovely parts. I really love the lobster and the dishplate, or Barbara Gordon's hat with hair, and a great opportunity get more villains not included in sets. The by far weakest figure imo is King Tut. He just looks like a standard pharaoh dude we got earlier in CMF.
  5. Ah, I remember it. Although it is very un-gentlemanlike to shoot outfits at a lady. :P It would be really nice to see more outfits of her indeed. I really love purple badgirl of that movie. Much better than the pretty standard batman, and she comes pretty much in sets with awesome female antagonists as well (Catwoman and Harley Quin and as Barbara Gordon with Poison Ivy). I just have to get those sets. Not so sure about Arkhan though. The set is damn expensive, and I don't like all those jumpsuit guys.
  6. I got a short question. So I now read, that the "Exaclibur Batman" set, which contains a Batman, using modified Castle printing patterns, is an US-Target only limited set. Is there any chance, to get one here in Germany, for a fairly ok, not completely ridiculous price? And are there similar counterparts for EU/ Germany?
  7. Nice minifigures for the more "silly" Batman suits, he uses in the movie. Fits very well to the CMF ones, and Disco-Batman just looks too fancy. Tears of Batman, well, he looks like a Joker parody of batman, and is lacking the batman symbol. A batshaped bowtie would be great. But still, he is the hero the world needs on sad days. Or he is brainwashed by the Joker. Now I want to have far more batsuits, so far only owning Fairy, Metal and soon those two. I really love the take of a more silly side of Batman having a suit for EVERY opportunity. I would give it a 5/5 as well. It is something special, and far more interesting than the Joker- or Batman training sets, containing only the normal minifigure.
  8. Hm, sadly most of the cool stuff of Batman is gone for now.^^ Anyway, I ordered some smaller stuff, i wanted anyway, to get hands on the Discobatman. Those two guys will fit quite well into the Batsuit collection. Although the clown is missing the Batman symbol. PS: Does anyone know, where to get that booklet, containing that scottish batman?
  9. Impressive collection. Is it just me, or does Batgirl come with different cape lengths? It is really nice to see, that there are 5 different Barbara Gordon figures in total, Including 3 different GCPD figures. Now we only need a civilian one. :P
  10. Hm, Nya looks ok. Just a bit ungroomed, and a less strict hairstyle. Ok, I guess. But the rest? Cole looks like an ugly Prince Valiant, Zane looks creepy as hell, Jay like a wet poodle, Kai like a low budget sayajin, and Lloyd obviously wears a wig. :P Edit: Interesting outfit of Nya. New "skirt" part incoming?Could look interesting with an chest armor.
  11. I built 70625 Samurai VXL today. The set is imo a little bit overprized, although the vehicle is rather large. Many parts are for example consumed by the barely noticable 4wheel-steering mechanism, making the vehicle over all rather large and "part consuming". However, I quite like the new blue Samurai X-color sheme. Despite the look of the cockpit, there is no transforming feature, and Samurai isn't capable to see through the capsule. He just sits to deep inside. In addition steering gear or consoles are missing. I love the way, they used throwing stars on the wheels. It could have been a little bit smaller, and narrower imo. As for the minifigures, it comes with Nya, including armor, and three katanas. I really love her new prints, and the red is rather subtle. As the name would suggest, it contains Samurai X. Who obviously is not Nya anymore. Like the vehicle he is now blue instead of red, and is a great looking minifigure over all. I don't know much about the series, but he looks, especially the face with "eyes" very androidish to me. He comes with two golden katanas, increasing the total number of those swords to eight in that single set. Compare that to 70622, where the vermillion driver is lacking any sort of weapon. As for Vermillions, it comes with General Machia and Rivett. Rivett is already seen in Vermillion attack, however, this time he uses a dual molded red/ gun metal gray sword, which looks really nice. Machia is the only dark red vermillion, therefore featuring unique prints for all parts, so far only available to her. The red medusa hair looks pretty cool. In addition to her usual minifgure legs, she comes with a serpent lower body, which is built of normal pieces making it appear a little bit to massive in my opinion. But since there are normal legs, just use, which you like more. :P Finally comes a very unspectacular small stand for one of the time blades. As all scenery it features the same baseplate color. In conclusion I would say, a little too large, but solid vehicle, with a nice new Samurai X theme, again great minifigures! Especially the new samurai! PS: Can someone spoiler me, in spoiler tag, a little bit more about the new Samurai X?
  12. Ahhh ok. my bad. Yeah I meant those. I had them in the Ninjago sets the first time. :) I am a noob wenn it comes to "official names". I compared the vermillion "bike" to 70624, Vermillion invader, which does have a similar shape especially of the triangular track section and no other wheels, as well, as the blades on the side. Of course there are differences, but the overall shape, especially with the tracks makes them look, like they truely belong together.
  13. I just got 70622. I think, the motorcycle is ok. Standard Ninjago stuff. I really like the use of the Djin blades. The Vermillion vehicle is a bit weak. Although it fits very well to their other vehicles. It is just a smaller version of it. The minifigures are great. Although, again, Jay lacks armor. But unlike Kai in Vermillion Attack, he comes with a mask. The Vermillons are Commander Blunck, and Tannin, Blunck offers a helmet with orange serpentine ornaments, and an armor found only on him (He shows up in 70626 as well), and one of the new axe blades with dual molded colors. I really love the design of the axe, although the two orange commanders should have orange blades. It contains Tannin, an usual foot man of the vermillions, featuring no armor, but the monoclored helmet. Sadly, he is seemingly only supposed to drive his vehicle, since the set doesn't contain a weapon for him. Boooooo! And the vehicle build doesn't contain a weapon to use either. As with all ninjago sets containing golden katanas it contains an additional golden one, as well as one of the blades of time. But again, an additional of those blades would be nice, since those are easily lost. Overall it is the standard Ninjago motorcycle set, similar to 70600 for example or some of the smaller Super Hero sets. It has a nice set of minifigures, and really nice, to see one of the officers in that rather small set. Not as sepcatular as Vermillion Attack in value, but still ok.
  14. I really loved the Egypt set so much. Maybe I am biased, because it was the first one. But I simply loved when the sets showed up, with those oldtimer stile vehicles, bi-plane and so on. And I was quite happy, to see, that it was kind of re-released with Pharao Quest. <3 I can not say that much about the others, since those headded into the time, where my mom told me, to put my lego in the basement, and I stopped buying sets. And after that, there was, so far the beginning of Dark Age of Lego, with weak sets and so on...
  15. Jut to clarify: It wasn't in the magazine. It was just depictured on the poly bag's back. Inside the back was just a Clay minifigure. Sorry for the missunderstanding. I was just wondering, where he comes from, since I never saw the stone scurrier before, and thought it would be pretty cool. Can't wait, to wrap my hands around if they ever will be released. Nexo Knights continued as before. Bizarre sets with great minifigures. I am a huge fan of the Rock monsters especially the dude in the Lancer set and Ruhina.
  16. As promised, here is the little bugger. Wonder, if they will appear somewhere, since they look better than the normal small stone minions.
  17. It is just depictured on the back if the polyback. Inside is just Clay. Again. :P As soon as that network of my phone to pc is working, I will upload one.
  18. So, the Nexo Knight's magazine polybag shows a lightning/ stone scurrier. Is there any information/ are those available? They are certainly not part of the regular sets, that's why I am asking.
  19. Got now the smallest set vermillion attack, for 10€. Kai, although he is nicely printed is a bit disappointing without armor/ mask. The snake guys... Wow. They are by far some of the best minifigures I have seen. So detailed, and I really love the armor, and how nicely that armor closes with the helm. It is a simply amazing set, and armybuilder. That breastplate, and those helmets. Easily some of the best items I have seen so far. A nice armybuilder. The "shrine" thingy is unspectacular, but I love that stone egg thing and the mechanism. And it is big enough, to fit all 5 snakes into, contained in the set. Simply worth it!
  20. To bad. I really love minifigures much more than polybag builds, and the last one was pretty cool. I really love kid Glay. We got two different types of swords, a knight helmet, a blank shield, and a nexo knight shield with a power. And a hair piece for knights without helmet. Plenty of nice accessories for a polybag. :)
  21. I hope so. After all we absolutely need some sources for scurrier and bot reinforcements. :)
  22. Yes, in the next Ninjago magazine is a General Magmar card. The game looks exactly the same as the Ninjago stuff.
  23. I watched recently some Ninjago reviews, and then I saw that 70593 "The Green NRG Dragon" and I thought... erm guys? This set contains a dragon, some little stone tower, a quite nice catapult (Which is quite weird, since the pirates use flintlocks and cannons as range weapons)... and several guys with a sword/ staff. Replace the minifigures and you have essentially an awesome castle set. So sad, that Ninjago has more "Castle" in it, than Lego's current castle serie. *cry*
  24. Really nice review of an interesting set. Although I am not a fan of Ninjago, I got to admit, there are some really great minifigure parts. A great 50 € set, worth it's money, with a lovely playability, which is well built into the structure. And one of those sets, where the "Baddies" look just so much better than the protagonists. PS: Really nice collection of spare parts. I love, how today there are additional weapons. :)
  25. Oh yeah, I would absolutely love, to have a new figure of the "Black Monarch", ruler of the Black Knights, for example, wearing a darkpearl grey breastplate with the Black Knights' sigil on it, and more importantly having a, today unique, darkpearl crown with a tiny dragon on it's top? Or the Crusader king, who certainly exists, after all his keep is named after him, but so far he is lacking a minifigure... It would be simply great having more minifigures of the "original" castle factions. Yeah, even a soldier of basil would be creat, with a proper bat winged helmed?
