  1. yeah, i gave him a hint on doktor brick, but it seems this was not enough
  2. Buster, this is my one receiver rc mod and not the standard xerion.
  3. how hold them together? there is a long distance where the suction hose is not guided by the boom, and not taped together would look messy. a other possibility would be to use disks, small tires or similar and put a string or rubber band into the center. i will try tires
  4. are the bucketwheel boom and the dumptrack not to short?
  5. hm, no. The lego Hose is to much out of scale to fit it properly to a 19 wide truck. The diameter, even when it is 6mm to thick, is ok, but the length without cutting is a big problem. And you know, cutting on this hose is not permitted by the rules
  6. it seems i have found a solution which allows nearly the same flexibility in movement in combination with flexibility in length
  7. the jet looks a bit like this configuration. Even when the canards are missing picture source
  8. this is harder than i thought. The fake suction hose has arrived yesterday and it is to long. The longest hose on the mts suction excavators is 7.8meters long. The fake hose, two times this part, is in scale nearly 8.8m in length. with 7.8 it would look nearly like this with 8.8 something like this, but this is very unstable in the actual configuration. unfortunately cutting this hose is not allowed
  9. why do you not try to use pneumatics for the catapult?
  10. First Pictures in motion. the lift needs not much force on the pump, seems there is enough power to lift some payload edit: the opening sequence in motion
  11. Thanks for this hint, never knew this part is available in other colours than trans orange. When the length doesnt fit, is it permitted to cut it?
  12. in the first post was written that third party hoses are permitted. is it even permitted when it is used for non pneumatic uses to replicate the suction hose of a suction excavator? picture source
  13. some progress hopefully the 1x11 cylinders are strong enough for the upper shell
  14. my ldd generates the same partslist than yours, where do you think is the difference 1476 parts
  15. Dafgek what is the problem? you know that a servo is needed. why it is neccessary to have it in tha list which i can not change? theoretiocal it would work, but on my tests the switch has jumpoed every time from left to full right. never it stops in the free run position. this is the reason why i have used the spring solution
  16. Steph, this sucking is a little bit minimalistic against this one edit: the opening sequence
  17. My Truck sucks.....not. This is a function which i can not replicate Picture Source I am building these things since 6 years in real and the new double length pneumatic actuators now make it possible to build a lego one.
  18. the steering mode selector is motorized. an small actuator is moving the selector sled from left to right
