  1. here is the 56 tooth gear, but i have to say that the gear on the picture is bigger than 56 tooths, because some holes are not possible on this size
  2. ok, i will make one. the same holes like on the pictures or make it so simple as possible?
  3. a 36 tooth clutch gear a 13l Leafspring a small Air Tank in similar size to the original one
  4. your links are private ond not visible for us. have you a picture of the gear do you want?
  5. - i have killed gears at my G-Wagons - i have never used third party parts - i have never had connection problems with Lego IR transmitters - i have never made a ship which has made a dive.
  6. i have not found something in this size. 1,55" tires are most close, but they are to big in inner diameter. they fit better on racing wheel small. maybe 1:16 modell truck tires fit on the rims. but i think this is not what you search for
  7. i guess the rim would cost roundabout 20 euro. i will save so much material as possible to make it so cheap as possible. a question: iam working actually at an a Air reservoir in a fuel tank design. how large it should be or make different lengths? this on the picture is 7 studs long and roundabout 6 studs in diameter. airtank von efferman auf Flickr edit: here is the rim. the offset is exactly the same like racing wheel medium. it cost 17 euro in white nylon wheelloader rim offset von efferman auf Flickr
  8. Should the rim have the same offset like racing wheel medium or like my unimog rims? edit is it this what you search for? wheelloader rim von efferman auf Flickr
  9. thank you very much. to connect the beams left and right from a 5x7 frame with diff i have made a frame to save some space and add stability unimog axle von efferman auf Flickr edit: btw a unimog frame part
  10. the high torque diff is available the 12 tooth bevel gear with axle 2,5m is available too
  11. tataaa diff 2m20z von efferman auf Flickr no idea how much torque it can deliver, but the knob gears are very prototype. to avoid contact with the 12 tooth bevel gear they can not made bigger
  12. hm, this size will be critical small, but why not try it
  13. now we see that gorgeous mocs not have to be big. i love it
  14. the 12 tooth gear should not be a problem. coming the two halves apart, theoretical this is indeed a problem. practical i have the fear that dismantling is impossible i think i have simple to test it in real and see what happens edit: the first sketch of a 2m differential. this needs definetely a solid frame, because the diff is riding on the gears which are connected to the axles and now i try a 2m diff with new gears edit: do you think these gears will work? diff 2M V2 von efferman auf Flickr edit² if someone want test it
  15. i think he want more a sportcar rim with the diameter of the 8448 tires. btw, the high torque diff is ready. any questions? high torque diff demonstration2 von efferman auf Flickr is there a need for a two studs wide diff?
  16. a short side by side with the 42000 steering hub in the unimog rim and racing wheel medium. the unimog rim is to deep for the lego portal hub 100_1141 von efferman auf Flickr
  17. its like sandpaper and should be the same like your U406 wheelcovers
  18. the unimog rims are arrived. altough the walls are very thin they are stable enough. and the 8110 tires dont slip on them. pinholes need a 4,8mm drill and the axlehole need some polishing. the standard racing wheel medium looks with the wheel cover like the specialized rim 100_1136 von efferman auf Flickr 100_1135 von efferman auf Flickr 100_1137 von efferman auf Flickr
  19. 4 studs, the diff will later fit in the 5x7 frame
  20. jovel, because bevel gears are extremely complex to replicate and i think there is a use for non bevel gears in a gearbox edit i have a concept for a high torque diff with 4 12 tooth bevel gears as planet gears and two 20 tooth bevel gears as sun gears. high torque diff demonstration von efferman auf Flickr the center part holds the gears and one of the outer parts is part of the 36 tooth double bevel gear which drives the diff. the hole diff is 3 studs wide
  21. ok, but first a 20 tooth non bevel clutch gear and the link to the 24 tooth clutch gear
  22. the 24 tooth clutch gear is done you have had an idea for an more compact clutch. can you explain how this should work?
