  7. someone needs a big scale axle, not me, with planetary gears and twintires. so i have done something. the axle is 31 studs wide and has a gearratio of 1:11,2 because he want to build a 6x6 ther will come a second axle.
  8. this was done several times, i think the silver champion was the first official model which had a pushrod suspension.
  9. Eric, theoretical printing in steel is possible, but practical there would be a need for a win in a lottery. I prefer the version with the lego rollers.
  10. i know that this would be best, but a turntable wich cant jump off and this rollers would be nearly 5 studs high.the other possibility would be a real ball bearing inspired by the german turntable manufacturer IMO but who wants assemble 500 very small steelballs? so i think the vertical rollers and its diagonal surfaces are a good compromise
  11. Does it have standard technic dimensions?
  12. this was made for a 19 wide truck http://www.doktor-br...ttelplatte-lxf/ btw: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=96653&hl=
  13. put a chromed 4x4 dish in center to hide the six hole adaptor. you can use the rim on front and rear axle is it this what you search for?
  14. Damn, i have known that i have forget something.
  15. Thanks yes, there will be one hole in the upper part to have access to the 2m axles
  16. Hi, someone needs a turntable with a diameter of roundabout 18 studs , so i have thought about a bearing system to reduce the friction. the final turntable will have 2 printed parts which fits without any lock together. First when the 22 bearings and its 2m axles are added te upper and lower parts are locked together. rollenlagerdrehkranz by Michael Wirth, auf Flickr what do you think about it
  17. thank you very much. how is the weight of the hook?
  18. bonox, nice to see it finished. how is the balance of the uppercarriage with the large counterweight? and how much is the weight of the counterweight with batterys in the boxes??
