  1. No, even when the chassis is 85cm long, there is at this place a little space problem.

  3. So, the frontaxles are done too. Purists will kill me, but i have drilled two 12 tooth doublebevel gears to get the driveshaft trough it.
  4. The driveshaft is actually on shapeways and works with the part 2907. in these set i have made replacement parts for 2907 because the get rare and i have not enough for the four driveshafts.

  6. Thanks Erik First i had made the outriggers with the new outrigger pieces, but with this the model would had a larger scale and myself dont want every time a 19 stud scale.

  8. My first two mods on this model The pulley pulls now between superstructure and the small boom And tghe boom sections have no identical mounting points. so the can be mount at eevery position in the boom.

  11. Max, this is the most compact uppercarriage which i have build for a rc mobile crane till now. look on all 42009 mods which have a very large and bulky superstructure and then tell me where i can save space. almost forgotten, the video is up
  12. Thanks for your thoughts. In a perfect world the lower half of this truck would be full red, and the upper half full white. And then i would put some fire brigade stickers on it.
