    Reduce the 3,5mm thickness of the disk to 1,2mm. Strong and flexible is solid enough to hold with this wall thickness. and in addition you save material which costs money.

    with these dimensions still to tight? what is the wall thickness around the cross? do you have rounded the inner edges inside of the cross?

    on shapeways i recommend for the crossholes i a diameter of 4,9mm and the width of the cross 1,85mm. And if possible be sure the hole axis is vertical during printing or they will get oval.

    Thanks, but with lego it is very experimental. And the planetary rims with the turntables have much friction now. So i have to clean after every run.

    sure please note that this one is a half stud to long because i had made a silly error in the cad file. the model on shapeways has a fixed file.

    Yes, the one piece straight six works with standard pistonsand with thin 2l liftarms as crankshaft piece between two pistons

    new parts have arrived unfortunately the planetary part works not like i want and i have to change some things.

    New parts have arrived the shock absorbers are a hop up set from tamiya for the cr-01 chassis. i expect a much better ground contact with these long travel shock absorbers

    I think i have to make an update. many parts are new made in the last time. It containes a flex cable replacement and two 14z bevel gears. First a part which was made in cooperation with 2LegoOrNot2Lego. He Wrote Set a special triangle to drive a 28z turntable with a wormgear a C shape differential frame with 2 solid triangles at one end. it is also available as 4 piece set A set with long pushrods. 13m long and 17modules long. when they fit they will be available as single parts. A steering wheel with 4 studs in diameter a gearcase for my helical gears. a one piece Straight six. 9 studs long
