My brother was considering making an EB account. Whats happens there as we would often use the same comp :'-( I presume people with multiple accounts are found not by checking IP addressess but on analysing their posts. Anyway don't many people's IP addresses change constantly with DHCP?

Maybe the Roman ships were made of plastic :-/ -

I'd had preferred it if the wheel had hit the benders, in the red clothes, in the head.... -

Nice to see the wheels come off like some lego racers. -
Does the trainstation have any "glass" window panes? It is difficult to tell. I hope there are some but I can't be sure they are there. I think one could make an okay MOC station with 3 or 4 of these station sets. They will probably be about 30-35 euro? I dont like the cargo hauler truck, it american style which I don't like at all. Plus the logo colour on the crate sucks. Plus yet another #%$

thanks for the link. The train station is pretty disappointing I think especially before taking into account the fact that the truck is bigger than the train station :-|

where is a picture of this train station?? I cant find a link to it :( I will get the station if it has some half-good bricks in it. Is there a new train?

European or American, who is the better builder?
Minifig Lecturer replied to morris's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Yes, you are right and I dont disagree with you about this. But what I really meant I guess was that there are loads of great builders out there who don't have enough bricks or parts to show just how good they are at making great MOCs. -

:-D well, i told my brother that i saw him flushing down some bits from his train station, so for years after, when we argued and split our lego along ownership lines, i always had this excuse not to give him some grey boards... 8-| :-D :-D well, i wouldn't have mind "popping" his mate that day :-D but i think i caught them before they did too much and i think alot wouldnt flush down properly so I retrieved it by ... Too Much Info? -

Once I found my younger brother and his friend flushing some parts down the downstairs toilet and laughing their heads off. They weren't after I found them. -

hmm something like this happened to me by accident when my pirate island and my oil heater got too friendly one winter when i was small. I didn't notice something was up until I got the smell :-/ -
I'd call it more of a "letter of complaint" than "hate mail". If it were hate mail I doubt eurobricks would allow it posted. I must admit I was a wee bit disappointed to see it was just a letter of complaint :'-(

...it's the language police again :-| I write Lego for singular and plural cos I always just did, it is like euro. But unlike some, I love hearing people say they've "loads of legos". it's cute :-D

Actually, I think that whoever has the most money and spent it wisely on good parts will make the best MOCs. Especially if they have a credit card and can order good parts online. Unfortunately I don't :-( Building good mocs is easy if you have the parts. This is the best moc I have seen in a while http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=226713 I like MOCs that are built to impress lego2000! :-D -
Has anyone ever seen this before ???
Minifig Lecturer replied to Brick Miner's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
The Arnotts shop here used to have a big LEGO exhibition with many layouts in all the themes each Christmas . Was great. I went to ones in late 1980s and early 1990s. Think they died out around the time classic stuff died and now Arnotts don't bother with LEGO at all anymore like the other big stores :-( -
Guys, come on, thats the BUY IT NOW price. It should always be higher than the actual accepted price. It is not a bad MOC, sure some things aren't great, like the sails, but that's TLC's fault, they made up unrealistic sails in the first place. I think you should ask always for a high figure, you never know, there might be some extremely rich kid out there to whom money is no big deal. I'm considering making MOCs to sell in future.

I saw a huge blacktron space city the other day (i think on brickshelf). This one is good however I think it looks a bit more like a huge spaceship carpark than a space city :-D Great collection of classic space ships though. Interesting Ice Planet Invaders snow mountain :)

I really like the TV centre *y* good job!

I am sure there are some weirdos from another planet which are better at building lego than europeans and americans and all other earthling -ians *alien* :-) -
