I'd say the BSB then the RBR. BSB comes with 8 figs and four cannons with those sweet brown wheels *sweet* and the RBR comes with one less mid-secton and on less cannon (without brown wheels) and 6 figs (i think). It's probably a normal price for an IFS, but i'd get the BSB before the IFS if they're the same price *y* P

How about both X-D I'd buy Imperial Sets like the Imperial Flaghsip, Carribean Clipper, or Armada Flagship. Then you get ships and larger imperial armies. *y* However, i do recommend getting a Skull's Eye Schooner or preferably the Black Seas Barracuda. Then build up your army. Also, those two sets have the wider hulls, which is usually preferable when making MOCs. That way you'd have ship hulls and a few mid-sections right away. It all depends on what you want Would ya like this turned into a poll? P

Sorry for the double post, but i felt there were too many pics to edit into my last post. The islanders are much happier since the completed construction of the Camboose. The actual camboose is black on the constitution, but i think dark bley works better to show more detail. This really is a fine ship B *y* Sidewheelers don't show up very often in the Index of MOC Ships. I think this ship is a good inspiration to venture outside the norm of square-rigged war ships. Great work on getting second in the contest too. P

There are a lot good techniques with this ship *y* I was hoping you'd make a dedicated thread for this ship after i saw the cannons of this ship you contributed for the Cannon Index. I like how you've used fireman torsos for naval uniforms and plane town folk for enlisted men. I also really like your cannons designs. *wub* This ship has been added to the Index of MOC Ships. :-) P

Then it would be galleys you are probably looking for. oo7 has already posted pics of some galleys. Here's the wiki link. Here's a pic of a Venetian Galley. Another point of interest would be the knights of malta *y* I've been reading about them since you've started the topic. X-D Here's the wiki link. They fought the turks and other islamic countries in the area for centuries. P

The Berber people lived in northern africa and made xebecs. They also fought the U.S. around 1798. P

Thanx for the tip Mr. P ;-) In fact i've just sent them on a lunch break, so there won't be any islanders to see today. :-D I've made an attempt at making the Constitution's Cathead. I'd like to have the lion's head brick (shown below) placed on the end and designed it accordingly. Though, i'm thinking of getting dark gray lions heads instead of tan. I think it'll look better. The string goes through the cathead "arm" and onto the spar deck shown below. Also, i've made a start on half of the gangway or main hatch. And of course, the grating is removable. but of course, what full grown man is able to stick his hand easily into a gap that's 4 studs wide. so, i made the entire gangway removable. I didn't know there are corvette cars. *wacko* I always thought they were ships slightly smaller than frigates. X-D P

Nice work so far *y* I like the tumble home effect. It's done real well. This looks really good. The unique color scheme works real well too. I'd almost classify this ship as a small frigate. Or maybe a corvette (which i think is a ship one size smaller than a frigate) with its 16 gun gundeck. But it's your ship, you call it what you like. Are you referencing any real life ships, or are you just trying to make an awesome ship? P

If any of Mr. Errorists ships are complete and are not in the index. You or Mr. Errorist can post which ones aren't in and i'll add them. *y* P

Well it seems this "derhpswife" person has expanded her zoo. There's now a polar bear, some paths, and a bench with more zooists.
