    Hehe, funny, I remember catalogs in spanish, they shown the Skull Eye Schooner as the "Black Skull", Renegade Runner as the "Sea Star", and IFS as the "Sea Lion".

    This is just amazing! love it!, so detailed and extensive in every piece of information, it is an excellent work you have done here. Got some questions regarding capt redbeard tho, maybe the same other have asked before me: Who commands the Skull's Eye Schooner? :O If redbeard is the captain of the Black Seas Barracuda, who commands the Red Beard's Runner?, does this means the BSB sunk in the sae before redbeard commands his runner? or does he owns and uses both ships? Is there pirates safeguarding the Skull Island when Redbeard's gone in an adventure? or they just leave the island alone? hahaha, just curiosity on this one :P Great work, I read it all, and enjoyed a lot, thanks!

    I like the idea, but I think it would be even better if we show our replies in the form of MOCs or vignettes, so that way, it gets interesting for participants and for expectators, and anybody could join and throw in something funy and creative

    I know it was a joke, still serves as a clear example Anyway, as I said before, it was just something almost insignificant that bothered me, that in english, it was just adopted to call their country as "America"..I am not pretending to give anyone a lesson of geography or anything hehe, was just that, something a little annoying for me :P

    I meant country of course, uhmmm, correct me if I am wrong, but, the actual name of the country is United States of America, thats what U.S.A. stands for, right?, which is inside of North America, who is part of America, the actual continent, with lotta more countries and people. Referring to America as just U.S. is excluding every other country, and we, central and south folks, are americans too, we live in the same continent after all :O its even confusing when we hear insults and the like to americans, since we are also americans, but everyone is just used to hear "America" and think about United States, that's what I was talking about. To give you an example:

    Just to name something vague, but that still somehow bothers me, is the fact that, U.S. citizens think America is a country, while it isnt... and apparently non U.S. citizens also name and even curse "Americans" while the ones to blame are from a part of north america, and not for the whole continent... I also dislike this " 'Murica " name/meme/whatever that has shown up lately, which leads to the same topic I was stating before. I could number a list of more well based and more important reasons, but I am not trying to enter any discussion or figthing, neither would I do if this change stays, I'll continue showing up on forums, coz I love lego more than I dislike the change.., I was just stating how I felt about this specific change...guess it'll relief a little when classic pirates change to their own lovely forum skin... I really miss that piratey feeling. Either way, I still feel, (and hope) it is just an extended joke..I just imagine mods eating popcorn and enjoying the show while every other user want to take their hair out of their heads...still it has gone a little out of the "funny" side...if there was any fun at all in the 1st place..

    To be honest, the 1st time I entered this site, it was through some search I made in google about lego pirates, and that has been my only interest for remain in this site, even when I feel a little dissapointing to give a whole month and such interest in themes like "friends", "sponge bob" or fabuland, I never complied since I entered directly to classic pirates and didnt payed much attention to anything else. Also, when I found Eurobricks, I felt like a special place, very refined I must say, but with this change I am afraid to say it lost all that feeling.. I dont mean to be rude but,... I am not a fan of U.S. ... at all :/ Either it is a joke or not, I am not liking this.

    Incredible design! I had to look twice to realize it really were floating! imagine my surprise when I saw the background was inside a bathtube and it was clear water below decks! :O !!!

    It is 16 studs wide, and I must say I love this so much! I really hope it doesnt comes with the printing at the sides of the hull. Finally, a proper armada flagship is actually possible to build!

    Does those black wings from the new set "Arkham Asylum" have the same design as the ones from Chima? And you are certainly right, the only thing I'd ever use from that collection are those wings

    A shame I didn't had a roasted turkey, or some other "dishes" in my collection, other than apples and a fish hehe.. but I tried to give you a healthy breakfast These are parrots, not gandalf's eagles xD ... however, it is heard these are the fastest message delivering system in our tropical lego domain It was 6:00 am when I finished that panel hehe,... I was almost out of ideas... or energy :P, but it's a great idea :D thanks!

I sure did :) Well, I really have to admit I had no ideas for this event, when I finally decided to write something, I realized that, not owning that red hat could be a funny thing to start a story, and everythig else came together after that hehe..
