Just a wee heads up to Lego fans in Switzerland. COOP are clearing out over stocked and old stuff. I think it’s fairly random depending on the store, Picked up the technic bucket wheel excavator for chf 80, nexo knights 70323, for chf 40, and 70317 for chf 30. That’s £63, £35 and £24 respectively. Boxes are tatty Even for parts that’s silly money, no.

Is it just me or have the UK Lego sales, since Black Friday, been virtually non-existant? Usually the January sales begin on boxing day, which is still true to some extent but there's nothing with more than a 35% discount so far. Even Amazon had nothing of substance in their Boxing Day sale. Bad news for us UK bargain hunters.

I stopped by a couple Walmart's today (Pennsylvania, USA) and was surprised by the current pricing on most Lego sets. Everything was marked down, more than $10 on many of them. I picked up the Hulk Vs. Hulk set 76078 for $48. I've seen some sales here and there in the past but not everything marked down before. Anyone else seeing this in other areas of the US?

What are some of the best prices you bought some good brand new Lego sets for and where did you buy it? I want to buy a few sets, but am waiting for a good price. I'm wondering how big of a discount I could see, especially on Black Friday. I know Toys R Us tends to have high prices and The Lego Store and Lego Online also have the higher prices among brick & mortar stores. A Kmart closing sale had 25% off, then 40% off, then 60% off, and it's a gamble because people might buy what you want while you're waiting for deeper discounts. Amazon as seller sometimes has good prices, but the prices change so fast.

I am curious how everyone uses their VIP Points when they collect enough to use them on new purchases. For me, I have been saving them up, not using them on every purchase. Lately, I use enough at one time to pay for the tax on what I am ordering. I want to save some for later, in case there is something else I want to buy. For me, I have to pay tax of 9%, and that can be a big chunk of change if I get something pricey. Do most people blow all of the points at once, or do you just use part of them at one time? Curious!

Hi, all lego Lovers! I just want to promote my small BrickLink store, Stockholm Bricks. I sell only new parts so if you are looking for sets or polybags you will end up empty handed in my store. I do have bricks for moderate prices, I am currently heavy on "Technic Connectors", "Lift Arms" and the bricks you find in modular houses, town and city. Anyone who place an order this week and acknowledge Eurobrick will get 20% the shipping fee from Sweden. I have no minimum amount, no lot fee, no handling fee, no paypal fee or anything like that. I currently have a sale on 662 lots. The rest of the parts are priced according to BrickLink sold averages. Stop by and have a look.
