  1. This is a modular residence witch is based on set 10218 (Pet Shop) house. I redesigned it so that you can build it using sets 31050, 31035, 31038 and 31026 + a base plate. This one has a bigger bathroom and a better access to it. Check it out! If you have the Pet shop set, you can build it on 32x32 base plate, build this house on 16x32 base plate, swap the technic bricks from the center of pet shop to this house and then combine them! Rebrickable: http://rebrickable.c...-shop-apartment Brickshelf: http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=565673 The LDD has no furniture, decorations flowers etc. Make them as you like!
  2. Thanks afol1969 I uploaded the file to my bricklink for you, here is link for it. (Click -save as) Buffer exchanges and using ghosts was quite well explained here http://www.holly-wood.it/mlcad/advanced1-en.html At www.holly-wood.it was almost everything I needed for MLCad. Thanks! Funny thing that I don't own this set either
  3. Definitely they are. But they took much longer to make (3 days) than to design the model! But I had to learn MLCAD and Lpub in progress... Next ones should be easier.
  4. Ok, Hi-Q instructions are ready, they came up pretty good Download here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dc6mfk28vczmx16/42004%20c-model%20helicopter.pdf Hope there is not too many mistakes...
  5. Thans a lot Jim "SS 10 anti-tank missiles" sound better Changed that. Changed new, way better photo to Rebrickable Hi-Q Pdf Instructions coming soon. I will change axle pin instead of axle, good point there. (I don't remember exactly, but the axle had a meaning in some point of design, but now seems pointless ?) Thanks Ryan!
  6. Oh man! They are so sweet! 1000 times better than my shots. BTW. I spent my weekend studying MLCAD and Lpub.... Can I use your photo for my -allmost ready- Hi-quality instructions cover photo and maybe in Rebrickable? (You will be mentioned)
  7. Nice! You achieved lot of functions with limited amount of parts. Well done
  8. Thank you who voted my logging truck, I'm glad you liked it. Cogratulations for the top "Triple" !
  9. Looks good. Here is details you asked in form of LDD: standard BB mod. It contains all that is different to original Jurgens Ultimate 8043. It also contains lot of that is not different, because it was easier to model and you can look how modifications connects to original. I divided it to multiple groups so its easier to study by clicking groups and dragging them to see inside. Check out the groups tab. Edit- To whom it may consern, this mod does not change motor positions or gear ratios. The performance and rigidity is same as Jurgens original. Btw. I think It's possible to use PF lights with this mod too, you just power them from receivers, front (blue Ch) and rear (red ch), same way like they are powered trough the middle Receiver. You only need to replace the 1x4 plates with 1x2 plates. But I think instruction should not include them, as this mod was about "poor mans Ultimate 8043" in the first place Overall picture: Motor and battery wires (exept slew motor) must be routed trough: Important:
  10. Sure! Do you take LDD file? I could draw what is different in it.
  11. I used the pdf version, it did not include joysticks parts. Yes it might be good idea to add instructions and part inventory for it too. So people would not need to hunt down instructions witch do not exist or put together a great excavator and find that he/she did not order parts for transmitter But I did not mind, I had the parts and like to design things my self... I Made my own version of it, I found the original had a minor problem, the linkages on the left transmitter comes to way in my hands at least. So I mirrored the linkages. The channels (1 and 2 out of 6) need to switch around on the digger too. I also added some support to the middle links. Here is my version, it works nicely. LDD file here. Edit. We must remember that the original design is Jason Railton's.
  12. High quality instructions, thanks I discovered few errors. Here is what I found: There is no friction pin on frame to attach the 15M beam on page 50. I assume it should be inserted on page 35, step 4. Pages 51 and 52 Axle Connectors with Axle Hole 32039 are yellow, would they be better black? More common color and invertory would more simple. Rebrickable for ultimate also lists 7pcs of black. On page 28 black pin inserted to 9M beam, 4th hole from down. On page 57 there is crank 33299 inserted to same hole. Starting on page 68 rear part of the digger would be easier to add to model before page 32. Some twisting was needed to insert the assembly. Step on page 93, the and 15M beam+2x blue 3M friction pins on page 92 should be inserted before page 87. 7M axle can't be inserted with out taking the seat off. On page 100, all channels are marked as ch1. Inconsistent step numbers somehow? But these all were minor problems, just letting you know
  13. Thanks afol1969 I used your MLCAD instructions, they were geat, thanks! I found some errors/problems with it, I will report them in your Instruction topic.
  14. I built Ultimate 8043, and its way better than original. Great job Jurgen! But I made my own modification out of modification I used the standard battery box, and did not use lights or extension cable, (Because I don't own ones, or small battery box) To use the standard battery box, I made few changes in the inner structure and panels on the right side. It's possible, if somebody wondered. The structure is solid. If somebody wants more details, just ask :)
