Sorry for the long wait! (And the double-post. ) A month later than I planned, but finally I can answer, and unfortunately the answer is no, from what I can tell there is no way to get characters from one game into the other. When you start the game you choose between the two, so they still play like separate games, and even after beating the story for Years 1-4 I see no option to use those characters in Years 5-7.

I really want to know what would have been coming in year three, but at the same time I kind of don't. I suppose in this case ignorance might be bliss.

I really hope we'll get a new Pirates of the Caribbean, as the first game is one of my favorite LEGO games, but I won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen. It would be nice to be able to play through the movies in LEGO again, but with dialog this time. (Although I do adore the adorable grunts and mumbles of the older games.)

And don't forget LEGO just ended another line recently that had a "three year plan": BIONICLE. Sadly, there is precedent.

I really like the ship! I already have two normal ships (Skull's Eye Schooner and Brick Bounty), so being able to add this really spectral ghost ship to my collection will add some nice variety. I'm very excited to have this set to display with my other pirates sets!

I'm actually wondering if that's why there was so much iPhone product placement in the movie: it was part of the deal to use Siri. (I don't know anything for sure, of course, just something I've thought about.) And I'll second the excitement to use Green Arrow! And Supergirl too! (Unless she was in the video: I didn't watch the whole thing so I can experience them when I get the story pack. )

Ah, gotcha! I thought I had been following this thread closely, but going back I see I missed some Just2Good hints! Bit of a bummer we didn't get to see the ship today, but those Brickheads look pretty nice! I may have to get both of them to display with the ship!

I missed out on the first Dwarf, so I'm super excited for a new one! A female Elf would be right up my alley as well, especially as I missed out on that original one as well.

Sweet! I always really loved the Agents theme (I'd probably rank it as one of my all-time favorites!), so getting to play as them in this game is super awesome!

I really love how classic it looks, and the different heights of the building sections make it feel really lively. Great use of that gargoyle too!

I still care! There just isn't too much to talk about until the full release. Also, I'm super hyped for that soundtrack: from day one I've been hoping they'd release one!

I think the format of the Warner Brothers logo is telling. It's a dull greyish blue, and appears to be either chipped stone with possibly some drops of dark liquid on it. It definitely doesn't make me think LEGO. I think it'll either be some news about that rumored Aquaman game, or possibly (and this is likely just me being hopeful) a Shadow of Mordor sequel? I think a new Arkham game is unlikely, as Rocksteady seemed intent on it being a trilogy. (Origins withstanding, as that one wasn't made by them.) Where is that image from?

Maybe it's just placeholder? (I'd think that part would be done by now, but I don't know enough about game development to say for sure.) Similar to how the music in the teasers for Harry and Voldemort wasn't from the Harry Potter soundtracks, but the music in the game is. If I'm remembering correctly there's still two more waves in year two after the March one.

Does anybody know where I can find a list of actors who reprised their roles, and recorded new audio for the game? I've been searching, but I keep finding lists that include archived audio. I was playing with Gollum for the first time the other day, and was surprised to hear non-archive audio come out of him (though I later found out it wasn't Andy Serkis, but a very good impression of him!), and now that it seems Hermione has new audio, but not Emma Watson, I'm getting very interested in who actually did come back.
