LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
Cyberbricker replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I like Revan, though I only know him from wookieepedia, but I 2 feel something is missing, something with the face perhaps? But still an awesome figure! Personally I would have liked 2 see Darth Vindican, as he is a pureblood Sith and he fits in the TOR line, but KotOR figures are awesome 2 of course!! -

I'm happy with any figure as long as they don't screw up the printing! There are a lot of figures I would like TLG 2 make, but I learned you can't have it all... Oh yes and Patience you must have! TLG has a long licen with Star Wars and many more figures are out there, so give it some time and maybe TLG will pick up on what we want the most. -

Cyberbricker replied to Farmer Harv's topic in LEGO Star Wars

A quick look at the figure made me think it was Darth Vindican, but i quickly saw it was Revan when i enlarged the picture. Looking forward 2 it, though its a strange choice... Still I will definitely get it!! -

Hallo, I was looking for some custom made cloth for my clone troopers and remembered that I came across this website once, http://www.mmcbcapes.com.au/. Unfortunally its closed for a while now and I really liked these designs, still hoping they will reopen... Can anyone tell me where I could find some more, or does anyone know the person making these? Thanks in advance for any help on this. -

I do the same, I only build the once that I can't resit until I have more space. I also sold some double sets and minifig, that got me a nice 400€, I only paid 280€ for it myself, so 120€ profit. -

I like the TW sets and i like the show, but not the figures, if only they had normal heads... Still, apart from that, I do hope we get a few more CW sets, Usually I bricklink the parts though, as I'm not a fan of the figures. -

I know its a little early, but does anyone have a clue that the new B-wing will be able to stand in the docking station of the 2006 model? -
It is not on my immediate wanted list, but the LAAT/i in season 6 from the Coruscant Guard landing on Scipio looks awesome! That colorscheme is amazing!

Amen !! -
That would be nice, Barris was in a swampspeeder back in 2010. What I would really like, is that they made some of the special clones from "The Clone Wars" and make them the same as the movie clones, same torso, same helmet...

Is it just me, or is the face printing getting uglier and uglier?

I would really like it if they could bring out like a sort of collectors line for the "Castel Themes", not just system sets, but really the detailed stuff, like some of the MOC builders do here on EB. -
Haha, lol. Hope 2 see pics of that second module soon!

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors

Nice 2 see some detailed pictures, I see we are getting new stormtroopers for both "OT" and "Rebels". I thought they updated them not that long ago for OT though... Very nice collection of mini-figures, I will get all of them I think. As for the sets, the only 2 that I really want are the Cantina and B-wing. I'm just going 2 update my old Snowspeeders with spare bricks, because I like the new design on the back of the speeder, but I not going to spend 30€ on an other Snowspeeder, I have enough already. I hope Lego keeps it up with this quality of mini-figures. -
Hello Eurobrickers, today I will be reviewing set 75041. I only just managed to get the last one in the shop, the people that work there didn't even get the time to put them all on the shelves, as most people just took them out of the trolley without waiting. So since it seems to be so popular, I wanted to do a little review for you all. Set Name: Volture Droid Set #: 75041 Theme: Star Wars Pieces: 205 Mini-figures: 3 (Pilot Battle Droid, Neimoidian Warrior and the Buzz Droid) I don't consider the last one a mini-figure myself though. Year of Release: Winter 2013-2014 Price: 24.99 (It was on a 10% discount) I will add some pictures with comments and give my final thoughts at the end of the review. Enjoy! First of all the box, we all know how that looks of course. One instruction manual, two bags and one sheet of stickers. Instructions manual. Part out of the set. There are some nice pieces here, specially the dark blue. Showing of the mini-figures. The Neimoidian Warrior looks very good, nice detail on front and back of torso, also very nice leg printing. The armor shows some wearing 2. I forgot to take a picture of the Buzz Droid, but you can see it in other shots. I thought I would give a good viewing of the new springshooter. They are better than the old springshooter, but I still don't like them. I prefer not to have any springloaded things sticking out my model and flying all over the places. But as I sais for those that do like them, they are an improvement. Some pictures of the finished model. Cockpit? I Don't know what that is doing there... Here you can see the thickness of the body, for those wondering with the adding of a cockpit. Extra pieces Final Thoughts and score: Functions: 7.5/10 Two springloaded missiles, hidden below the main body. Turning legs, and moveable head. The turning points of the legs are solid, the springloaded missiles are worked well inside the body. What I don't like is the head, its comes down way to far, due to the cockpit. Parts: 8/10 Some good parts in here. As I said, some nice dark blue parts, the neimoidian helmet is nice too, new brown color. You also get a nice black part (first one for me) that kind of looks like the new blasters. (You can see it on the "part out" picture, it is to the right of the Dark Bleu 1x4 bars) Price: 8/10 24.99 for 205 parts is okay I think, since it's Star Wars and I don't think its that mush overpriced. Accuracy: 6.5/10 The design is good, but personally I think the main body is too big, this is of course due 2 the adding of a cockpit that doesn't need to be there in the first place. Also the moving of the head is not very good, as it can only move to the front, but can't look left or right. Overall: 7.5/10 It's a great set and would be a nice addition to your CIS Army, specially the Neimoidian warrior. The design of the fighter is very sturdy and the new springshooters are an improvement, if your into that. The Buzz Droid is still a strange looking, way too big thing imo. Also, I don't like the applying of stickers... But I think it is a great set both for playing and displaying, although I think I am going to modify the head a little. I hope you guys enjoyed my first review.
