    Well, if they want to break the standard, id prefer for it to be taller instead of shorter since im paying $170+. And almost all modulars lined up with each other before downtown diner. The first floor was always about 10 bricks tall and the second and third were about 7, give or take a couple plates.

    I just want 3 floors this time. Pet shop was the last modular that had 3 floors across the whole length of the baseplate. And even that was shorter than other older modulars. Also, no 6 brick tall 2nd and 3rd floors like on downtown diner. The standard is supposed to be 7.

    Any chance brick bank gets back in stock online and goes on another sale next week or should i play it safe and grab it while its still in stock at my local lego store? Im afraid it wont come back in stock online again and its effectively retired already.

    Gotta say at first i thought this was gonna be justice league related lol The texture on this is great! Its hard to make a mostly monotone build look striking, but the way you greebled this up and made it look ornate is superb. I love the interior layout as well. All the little details on the desks take it to the next level. And I like how you gave the minifigs a story.

    Spent a couple weeks on this and now its done! I present white fire. He stands at about 13 inches tall. It can fit a minifigure Here's the back: It has axles that slide up and down and keep the joints ultra strong.

    Just saying I am really interested in this. People have charted legos average price per piece over time but it would be really interesting if we could find out price per graham of ABS. I have a feeling its risen rapidly over the past 10 years, more than inflation. And maybe even convert that back into a brick and say "this set is on average .7 cents for a 1x3 brick". If you ever find that data make a thread please!

    What about sliding one of these ) up and down an axle with a stopper at the end, Ive made some large mechs and combining these with ball joints can hold some serious amount of weight. Heres a WIP of what im talking about. Might put too much stress on the axles though and make them bend. And it would definitley ruin the look from the back.

    The price is ridiculous. Hopefully liscensed sets dont become the norm. Im honestly hoping this set sells badly so that lego doesnt think this is okay. I just want another $100 creator expert car, past couple years have been annoying.

    Only thing im worried about is if its stable standing up with the legs splayed since you cant movr the anklee. I dont really care about minifigs.

    Spent the last few days using spare blue parts to make this mech. Decided to go with a water theme since it was blue. And why not a trident? And a giant fan thingy? Lemme know what you think. Last photo is a bit grainy cause the sun was going down :p

    I personally loved the first wave of nexo knights more than any space or castle theme. Clays rumble blade and the kings mech were awesome. If anything I want MORE genre mixes. Its a lot more original and interesting.

    I think the ratio between the legs and torso is actually around 4/6, the legs seem to be slightly taller than the torso. maybe the torso could be one brick shorter but its pretty close. That image of the lego one you posted is just from an overhead angle which makes the torso look larger. In my opinion what makes the set look odd to a lot of people is the head being too big and the shoulder pads not being the right shape. But in my opinion they're close enough considering its lego and theyd have to sacrifice articulation and make a new dome shape specifically for this set to fix those problems. The only glaring issues I have with the set are the lack of leg articulation really. I think the whole thing is fantastically detailed like nothing we have ever seen from a lego mech. Even the backside is detailed up beautifully. Honestly could be in my top 5 sets this year depending on how the rest of the year goes.

    Finished the ucs hulkbuster. Excuse the shitty picture but I think the proportions are actually good outside of the head being a bit too big. Everyones saying hes too skinny but im just not seeing it. The head just needs to be 5 studs wide instead of 6 and it would be spot on.

    Built killer croc's tail gator, once you mod out the weird suspension its awesome. Probably my favorite vehicle from the Lego Batman movie. So many fun details. Although its max worth $40, the original $70 was insane. Glad I got it for $33 on cyber monday. Shame those two things made this set underlooked. The design of the truck itself is fantastic. Love all the little details and the 8 ball stick shift. Its so wacky.

    I dont think its a corner or a straight one, i think its an end. Only the right side can be attached to other modulars. Left is meant to be open always.

    Going to the Lego store tomorrow and I'm deciding between the Twinfector and Berserker Bomber. I like the design of berserker bomber more, but the splitting function of Twinfector is pretty cool. I like to fiddle with my Lego sets while doing other things so that stuff is important. Also it's cheaper. But I'd feel like I'm missing out if i didn't get the berserker. Love the drone like design. Money's tight so I can't get both... Anyone got a size comparison between the two? If berserker is significantly bigger I might get that. Judging from pictures the Twinfector doesn't seem much smaller.

    I just want a decent sized techinc car (at least 20 modules wide) that looks cool. Would get the porsche but its really expensive. Was eyeing the 24 hours racer but the cheapest I can find it for is $130. If this is $100 that'll be a bit easier to swallow. If you have any other recommendations that arent super expensive that'll be cool.
