I only use small amounts of money at a time, and I have about $170 in my wallet. I remember a while back, when I was 10, I saved up my money and bought myself the Republic Gunship ($80). natelite Posted May 3, 2006 this may not come as a surprise to many of you. i have noticed that for non star wars sets that are currently selling in the stores, you can usually get good deals out of ebay. for sets that cost more than $50, i have noticed you can get from ebay for 30-50% discount even after shipping compared to retail prices. for eg, that dino copter set you mentioned sell for $45 (including shipping) recently. that's 36% cheaper than retail. Plus, I'm running out of shelve space too :-P well, buy them during sale! you can't go wrong buying sw sets. the sets usually sell for double retail a year after sale ended. like the 4504 MF still available in US last year, right now selling for $150-$200 and that's on ebay, if you're lucky. cheapest on BL go for $200.
